I'm using it with a Milwaukee tools tripod for a laser level
The quality is very nice, it's stable and works great! I'm using it with a Milwaukee tools tripod for a laser level for doing projects around the house. Everything I've tried to use my laser level for has been up higher than my tripod went and it was incredibly irritating. I finally remembered that its the same threads and setup for cameras so I bought this extension. It fits my tripod and laser level perfectly and now I can finally use the dang thing properly. I recommend it!

Great extension rod for tripod or light stand
Bought this to use as an extension rod for a light stand that I am piece milling from a small tripod as the base and a couple of extension rods. This one is pretty sturdy. Once attached to a base, it easily handles an AD 200 strobe (2 lbs). When folding down, this and the small tripod base takes up little space and weighs less than a pound.

Works well for a laser level
I'm using mine as an extension for a self leveling laser. It seems to work well and as designed.

Great quality
I built a custom mount for a 360 camera with this, I was happy to see it was good quality and the clutch for locking the extension is solid as I'm hanging the camera upside down with this.Would buy again.

Quality for the price

Perfect 360-Cam Extension
I have a selfie/tripod/monopod thing that is great or small travel cameras and 360 cams. This allows me to get a little more elevation without adding too much bulk or weight.Allows me to place the camera about eye-height (about 5'7" or so) for more natural angles in interior 360 shots.
