Awesome workout!
Just received my Brrrn Board today. This board is far better than my portable slide boards! Just finished my first workout; I can feel it on my inner thighs! I’ll update again after using it for a few weeks.

Leider war das erste "defekt", eine Seite war mit irgendwas beschmiert, so das man nicht wirklich rutschen konnte. Retoure war natürlich problemlos gewesen. Das zweite Teil macht genau das was es soll, Unmengen von Muskelkater. Und das genau an den Stellen wo es sein soll. Übungen findet man ganz leicht auf YouTube. Würde es jedem empfehlen, der Mal ein bisschen anders trainieren möchte.

Great workout at a great value.
It doesn’t take up much space and it’s a great workout. My partner is a hockey player and has been missing the ice during COVID. This gives her the opportunity to keep herself in shape while having fun.
