this would be a great product if the ribbon cable was included or mentioned that it does NOT come with small ribbon cable. it can be swapped over but this could be the problem for replacing keyboard to begin with....... i was able to FINALLY get it connected and working after about a hour of seating and reseating the small ribbon cable. the small ribbon cable is TOO easy to disconnect from laptop, but terrible sensitive and troublesome from the keyboard itself.....seems to work, but will keep in mind the 1-year warranty. i would recommend changing the data in ad stating it takes 8-10 business days, bucause the shipper feedback form is scripted to give them 43 days.

Seems to work and fit my e6320 fine. Note: mine did not come with the ribbon, I was able to take the ribbon off the old keyboard.
