How is the scent? Is it very heavily fragranced?

No. No strong scent is detectable. It's very pleasant and light. This stuff is incredible.

What is the consistancy?

The consistency is thick and creamy. A little product goes a long way, and it very moisturizing for the hair!

What is the container made of, glass or plastic? And is the lid metal?

Container plastic and lid metallic. Good products.

Can I use another deep conditioner if I choose to use it as a leave in?

Yes absolutely. I usually use this as a leave after the shower.
