Good value good product
Good Vac for the money. This is my second one. But I noticed they changed the impeller from steel to plastic. Still works great for Woodworking Vac. though. But the old version was better with a steel impeller that could vac very hot air since in won't melt.

Great small capacity dust collector
For my needs this does the job. I am a hobbyist woodworker, very amateur. It totally sucks!

Works for my needs. Economical
This works I will keep it due to the value for the money. Only issues I have is that it needs new carbon bushings approx every 250 hours. And 2ndly they don't recommend using a planner due to larger dust particles and that u should purchase a cyclone if u plan to and connect to it. If I was to get a cyclone then I wouldn't need this a shop vac would suffice.

Great for my small shop but..and it is all good
I bought this dust collector for my small shop. I out of the box it worked great on my planer and table saw. After 2 weeks of use, all of the sudden it wouldn’t turn on. I called Wen customer service, left my number and was called back in 10 minutes. I believe the gentleman’s name was Dave. He asked a few questions and stated that is was probably the switch and sent out a new one. I received the switch and put it on in a matter of minutes and it is working perfectly. I have read about how Wen’s customer service was inadequate but my experience they were outstanding. He said if the switch didn’t solve the problem they would replace the unit. I couldn’t ask for better customer service!

Didn’t last
I bought this in early November for my small garage. I used It 3 maybe 4 times. While it was running tonight it made a loud crack and bang sound and now it’s useless. Save your money and time because it will break. And all this after light use. Ran for maybe an hour each use. And only 5 minutes as it broke.

Works well for a single tool
This dust collector has worked well. I have it hooked up to my compound miter saw and it has done a great job for the last couple months

Had an issue but was resolved fast.
After 2 months of use with my CNC Machine died. However, I did do the whole contact the retailer and much to my surprise, they contacted me back pretty quickly and sent me a new switch for it, which was the problem, and now it is running good again , performance wise, it has comparatively good suction, I have it connected to a 20 foot 2” hose and it does great extracting dust. The one thing I will say about the system is that the screen on the motor is about 1/4 inch wide, meaning it will suck up jut about everything but if its 1/4 inch or wider it will stop at the motor, which in turn causes a dust backup. The screen is needed to protect the motor. It wouldn’t be a bd thing to hook up one of those cyclone buckets if your planning on using it for shop clean up. Anything but dust going through this has the possibility to become a clog.I use it not only for my CNc, but my thickness planer, jointer and chop saw no it works great. Sometimes with my thickness planer, due to longer string like sawdust, it clogs, but it’s quick connect comes off and easily cleanable. MAKE SURE IF YOUR ORDERING A VAC- ATTACHMENT THAT IT IS A MALE connector, the 3 or 4 inch opening on the unit is female.

Great dust collector
I love this thing. I mounted it on the wall to save space, and it really sucks. I'm using 2 of these in different spaces in my shop to replace a 2 HP grizzly dust collector that was just too big. It's not as powerful as the grizzly, but there's 2 of them, and now I don't have 50 ft of 4" pipe running through the shop, which tended to reduce the sucking power of the big dust collector. I did replace the bag with a 1 micron bag with a window (5" opening works fine) which works better and also you can see if it's full. Also, I'm using a 4" clamp with thumbscrews on them so it's easy to unscrew it to empty the bag. I use this on a tablesaw, router table and bandsaw. This moves way more air than a shop vac - I have a rigid shop vac and it would not move dust out of the tablesaw/router collection area like this will. And the good news is it's really small, especially when on the wall.

No funciona bien. A los 5 seg de encenderlo se apaga. El vendedor, después de enviarme 2 veces una etiqueta de devolución errónea que el transportista no admite, me dice que estoy fuera de plazo para devolverlo

Great product. Used it to suck up cellulose insulation from attic from my 100 yr old house. Attached a corrugated weeping pipe to it and made fabric bags to catch the insulation. Worked like magic. Highly recommended
