Arrived Broken! Nobody cares!
This very expensive piece of equipment arrived broken. One of the pads doesn’t register any hits. We have spent over a month trying to get the seller or Nexersys to resolve the problem. Literally impossible to get anyone on the phone. Email responses from manufacturer are ignored. Do not buy this junk. They don’t stand behind their product.
