GREAT PRODUCT!
First of all, this popped up as an Subscribe and Save item, so I decided to look at it. I read the reviews and wanted to try it, as I lose hair and wanted a better conditioner. I LOVE THIS! I can actually see a difference is not as much hair after showering, so it must work!! Plus, I already buy the shampoo and conditioner set in this brand, so this is just a nice addition! You get lots for the price and my hair feels better than it has in a long time--smoother and softer. I followed the other posts and rinse it well. No fly-away hair! It smells so nice, too!!

A wonder product!
At age 59, my hair was getting wiry and frizzy even though I never blow-dry or color it. I started using Biotin B-Complex because my hair may also be thinning. It’s hard to tell, but I’ve been noticing a lot more hair in my brush and on the floor. I LOVE how my hair feels after using Biotin B-Complex – it’s silky, smooth, and the breakage has decreased a lot. My hair looks and feels healthy again. It’s become my regular conditioner. I can't recommend it enough!

more than just a hair treatment to wash out
I discovered that this works very well AFTER I've washed and dried my hair. I place some along the shaft of my hair and slide it along. It makes my hair have body and shine instead of flyaway jangely hair.

Didn't work for my fine, straight hair
Although this may well work for curly hair, it made my straight, fine hair look greasy and stringy, no matter how much I rinsed it. I tried it twice with the same result. I also didn't love the fragrance, although it was acceptable.
