ETC Stem Quill 18 Degree Fork

Had a logo on both sides which is not pictured, this is incredibly annoying and false advertising. I even asked on the questions if it had a logo and had 2 answers saving no so perhaps it varies person to person.The stem itself is made by Kalloy and is the same one as can be found everywhere else online. It's a good quality stem but obviously not as nice looking as nitto or cinelli and the colour of the metal is duller in comparison.3 stats because I specifically didn't want a logo and spent hours polishing them off. Apparently you can use acetone or paint stripper to remove them but I didn't have any to hand.

This stem was fitted to my cycle by a competent mechanic at my local cycle shop. When I tried to lower it.something was preventing it . It seems that the moveable wedge has become jammed in the steering column,preventing any further adjustment.I took the stem out,re-inserted the long bolt and tried pulling the wedge free,to no effect. It has gone back to the workshop and I am awaiting further developments. I assume this part is made of aluminium,in which case I can remove it chemically as a last resort. Until I get a report from the mechanic it would be unfair to condemn this product out of hand,but it might warn others to handle it with care

I am very careful about buying bike parts on amazon and I am extremely peaky about tiniest details and I must say that this stem was delvered very quickly, perfectly packed (both screws oiled/greased and with plastic covers) and the overall feeling is a top quality. There is a logo printed on the side of the stem, but I think it could be removed if necessary. It looks great on my retro style bike.

Like many other reviewers have said, there is a logo that is not shown in the picture. It's simply an black ETC on both sides of the stem (one that would be parallel to the floor). Doesn't look too bad but not ideal.

Wasn’t expecting it to have the logos on it. I bought this expecting a blank stem. Beyond that it functions well enough for the purpose!
