What is the grit of this product?

I don't know that that is specified anywhere. I can say for certain it is very fine, almost a powder. Only slightly coarser than baking soda.

can I use this with rusoleum professional epoxy garage coating ?

I don't see why not, although the expoxy is a thicker consistency than concrete sealer.

Can I add to water based sealer?

Water-based, yes. Read the label before you do so. Water-based isn’t as durable as oil based.

Can it be applied with a paint sprayer?

I put it on by hand, pretty easy. probably easier than having to clean the sprayer afterward. but I don't see why It wouldn't work. D
