Trying to convert to nose breathing
Nose breathing is so important for the health. Read Breath by James Nestor. It's a great book, also on audible. Got these to make the switch at night. Nice quality but so far unfortunately I haven't managed to keep it all night yet. I must take them off in my sleep. I'll keep trying though. Be mindful not to irritate the skin on lips with too much usage though. So far not too bad, but I take breaks some nights to be safe.

Useless... doesn't cover whole mouth and doesn't stick well!! Save your money

does not hold up
adhesive is quite irritating for my skin and it easily gets unglued to from your skin. Does not really work unlike the X shaped design.
