I have to figure out how to get a new one sent to me. I cant just not have a faucet for a week, the blue light only flickers for cold when it wants ton green looks amazing for warm and red is okay for hot. They give supply lines that only fit that faucet, (they are screwed inside of the faucet stem. I had this connected for about 2 weeks. I just went on vaca to come home to find out my house has been flooded. Luckily I had someone letting my dogs out, and shut the water off, but it still ruined my ceiling below. Turns out there was a hole in the supply line and water just was spraying out everywhere. Ruined our hairdryer my wifes straighteners and curler things. Her make up. I'm a contractor and have never seen a brand new supply line just leak water. So yeah, I dont know how to contact amazon about this. Aside from the blue light now working consistently and the water leak ruining everything, it could be very cool. My daughter loved it. I dont know, maybe mine was just a rare incident, if that's the case I'd try it again. Cause like I said, it was cool, I just cant risk my whole house flooding for a 'cool faucet.' Take my review for what it is, MY review. Hopefully my situation was rare. I would have contacted seller or something before the review, I just am not good with the internet and cant figure out how

We purchased this faucet after remodeling our bathroom, and there are some pros and cons.Pros:The faucet was very easy to install, just verify the size of all your plumbing fittings. The glass is very heavy and durable, but best of all it cleans up easily even with harder water. The chrome base and handle clean very easily as well, but do not use any kind of abrasive cleaner or pads as it will scratch it. The LED lights are great at night and early morning when a primary light does not want to be used, and are excellent temperature indicators.Cons:The LED lights are very bright, very, very bright, and can be a disturbance in a master bath with your significant other sleeping. Water tends to get stuck in the glass faucet, and keeps the LED's lit, however, a quick tap of the fingers to break the seal allows the water to drain and the lights to power off. The one major (subjective) issue we had was the combination of our high water pressure and a shallow basin sink. We cannot open the valve more than halfway as the water would completely miss the sink. So take note of your water pressure and sink depth as this faucet is not kind to high pressure and shallow sink and it will make a mess with each use.Overall though, I could not be happier with out purchase. The cons I listed are all completely subjective, and the LED lights can be turned off. But the faucet works well and cleans up nicely and provides a very nice look to our vanity.

The media could not be loaded.  These are pretty slick! Easy install, and very clean looking. Water flow is a little strong, causing splashing out of the sink. I would recommend sealing the base, where it touches the counter, with a quick curing clear silicon. I did not know it had a spot in the back for a manual drain lever. It's not pictured here but I installed it with the recommended pop up drain. I give it only four stars due to it being battery operated. There is newer tech where hardline power or battery supply are not needed.

Beautifully crafted faucet. Faucet is very stylish and has a modern look. Faucet seems to be well built and durable. Supply lines that came with the faucet were to short I contacted seller regarding this and they shipped out a longer set to me which speak volumes about their customer service. The only real quirk this faucet has is that the manufacturer's name is engraved rather largely on the faucet handle and this slightly detracts from the amazing design. Compared to what you can buy at Home Depot and Lowes at this price point this faucet is a outstanding value.

It is really nice and heavy. You have to get a one-hole sink, which is really hard to find in a bathroom vanity. I guess you could buy hole covers, but the old bathroom vanity just looked wretched after I took the faucet out, it had rubber and caulk marks, and even though I cleaned it, you could tell the fading. I just ended up buying a nice vanity because the point of the faucet was remodeling the bathroom anyway. we were repainting and rejuvenating a 1980's look bathroom. SO, don't mind the pic, we have to put in the half wall panels, so we just hooked it up so the kids could brush their teeth at night until the painting gets done.

Really liked light, BUT, very disappointed that the feature I liked most, the blue light which matched my blue decor, only lasted about two months. It's not the batteries. To return, would have had to pay a plumber to take out and then re-install again.Wish I knew how to fix because it's probably a short. Light would come on sometimes when I turned on water, then it just stopped coming on at all.Anybody got any suggestions on how to repair short of chalking it up as a loss?UPDATE: I purchased 2 of these and they both stopped working after a couple of months. However seller stepped up and replaced both of them. I'm hopeful that these will provide better luck because I really like the product. Just have to get someone to take out and re-install.

Pros: Water gushes out super fast.If you want a bright light, here you go.Cons: I wanted the soft light especially at night when I’d wash my hands and didn’t want to have to turn on a bright light and blind myself. This light is SO BRIGHT, a late night trip to the bathroom will end with a startled glow so bright you’ll think aliens landed at your sink! May take the batteries out and just use it without the nice light. Wish it had a dimmer switch.I’ve had an LED bathroom faucet before and have 3 LED shower heads and none ever required batteries so I was surprised this one needed 4 in a small pack that has to be screwed to the wall under the sink.Loose connection. Even though we tightened it well, after a few days it started getting lose, to the point we had to disassemble it, check for issues abs reassemble. It’s still loose but we’re gonna make it work for now.
