Greenbow-can you state from where this honey which has a USDA label is sourced from.? Is it from the US of A, Canada, China or a mixture from different locations or what your company owes the American Public a truthful answer. And Amazon owes it to the American Public to see that the companies with whom they do business. have full disclosure on their labels the source of the foods they are selling to the American Public to put in their bodies

Is this collected ethically? Bees are under enormous environmental stress. Is the hive deprived of their labor? Are legs damaged?

Are these bee pollen grains soft & chewy or hard & crunchy?

They're not crunchy at all. I keep mine in the freezer so moisture doesn't get to them and they lean more toward the chewy side. They're so small, though, that it isn't very noticeable if you're adding them to smoothies or other food.
