Q: Does it work on rotary phones?

YES! However, you can use a regular touch tone phone just for the setup - then you can switch to your rotary phone! Some rotary phones will connect dialing 12 for # and 11 for * but the easiest is to just use a touch tone phone for setup. Once the cell2jack is connected to your cellphone you can connect ANY landline phone to it and it will work!

It uses your mobile phone plan and number its just simply allows you to use a normal Landline style phone instead of holding your smart phone

Q: Will it work with a cordless handset system that has multiple phones? such as the at&t el52313.

I can't answer this for you; but, I am finding that I can't get it to work with more than one (formerly landline) phone (phones are of various types, portable in its own seat, wall type, desktop, etc.) I have a set of landline phones, both the same brand and type, both portable, and I can get one to work with the cell2jack unit, the other - nothing.

very good but dialing function does not work in my country

the device provide an amazing and swift integration between mobile phone and old rotary phones (or any other dial phones). no programing is required and ringing quality is good, I used it with socotel 63, worked like a charm. however I cannot use it for dialing. after referring back the problem to Cell2jack support team, they confirmed that in this stage their support and focus is on US market and they are adopting their dialing conventions. currently I am not using it awaiting any further updates to add a leading zero dialing function.
