Worked perfectly on tbss intake to put a 3 bolt truck style throttle body on, wish it would of come with the o-ring for the intake side but not a big deal

Fits TBSS/NNBS Intake
Fit right up on my NNBS/TBSS intake swap with my stock 3 bolt TB off my 00 Silverado 5.3 LM7. It does not come with the rubber gasket that sits in the intake so get your own.

Make sure to order the correct one
Took three times to order the correct one. My fault 100%. Bolts up well but curious if cutout for IAC is big enough. I get some whistling from the throttle body that I didn't have before. Either way, it works.

Dbc adapter from 4 bolt ls intake
Highly recommend ict 4 bolt intake to 3 bolt dbc adapter. All gaskets there and hardware is super easy to install 5/5 for ICT
