So far i love it. Its a proper commuter scooter... Not a kids play scooter.Adults feel very comfy, as well as my 14 yr old daughter.Pick up is grt even a little uphill. Battery life is amazing... But could be because its new. Im using it onlt for a month.The only thing that could be even better would be larger wheels. But that said, wheels are not at all small by. Scooter standard.I have a weird fear that something will happen with the electronics and it will fail... And being a Chinese product it may be too costly to repair. But this is just a fear, because i like this soo much.The construction looks strurdy heavy gauge metal. the app sometimes have glitches connecting, but mostly ive been able to use the electronics lock together with physical lock.Im giving 5 stars... And hoping nothing happens that make me regret. Its too early.Did i say battery is awesome.... So far with lot of roaming, i havent been able to get the battery meter from 4 bar to 2 bar.

The media could not be loaded.  I need send my daughter to the school every day and it’s about 15 minutes. So I started looking for a electric scooter to make me easier . This is a very good scooter. The app is easy to use. The operation is easily controlled in a short time . There are two gears :p1 and p2 , I can choose lower speed or higher speed . The highest speed is 25mph, but I never try . I thought is too faster for me . The battery of the scooter is pretty good. I like the headlights ! It’s very convenient during the nighttime. So far, I m very satisfied about this scooter! Good quality and easy use 。

I purchased this scooter in November 2021 for my 18yr old son to get him to and from work. When I received the scooter it was Excellent condition, EVERYTHINGworked Great!..No issues at All I even took it for a spin...and I'm 51yrs old, the ride was so smooth, quick too. Come Feb 20th 2022 it would not turn on...No lights Nothing and as of today 3/09/2022 it still does NOTHING, doesn't come or Anything! I am Soooo Disappointed! My son is really upset,he Really loved scooter and he was totally Excited when he got it. No one has money to throw away especially at this Price, this is an awful lot to loose and it's even MORE sad that you can't get a hold to ANYONE to Help!

Got the scooter in a damaged box and everything was in good condition other than the screen arriving scratched up. Probably shipping damage. Other than that I really liked the scooter it’s fast it had great battery and was a 5 star review if not this had happened recently it started showing a E4 error and my scooter would shut down as soon as I started riding it even on full charge. I looked up the error and had something to do with faulty break systems so I figured I’d just return it and get my money back. But since the box came damaged I had no other box to ship it in so UPS charged me 75$ for packaging. Just a good experience at first that turned into really bad.

The scooter works great, but there is a supported app that allows you to lock or disable scooter. The QR code doesn't work and they just keep referring back to QR code. Just give me the name of the app. I have contacted distributor with no reply. Contacted Amazon, they weren't able to get one either. Googled it with no success. Totally crazy.After leaving this review someone from the company replied, but they replied with a QR code again. Thankfully it worked and the actual app is called KCQ SCOOTER. I have no idea why asking for the actual name of the app was so difficult.

item arriving in a timely manner is all i can speak well of. as for the scooters' rating on my behalf is not the greatest.ive used this for daily transport to metro-work-home ever since i received it. within only about 2-1 months of daily use, the handle bars got stuck directing to the right while the scooter wheel is still straight. ive got no idea on what tools i need in order to align the steering but to be fair, its probably caused by using this heavy-carry-on scooter on unperfect sidewalks. riding is not the smoothest. luckily ionly need it to get to metro link and work. comparing this item to my old segway byrd scooter which lacked the folding to carry part. So basically..unpoppable rubber wheels VS. air filled wheels ? no doubt air filled tires are just the way to go if youre going to use often/daily

The product arrived broken and not usable. It had plastic parts broken off exposing the electrical pieces of the scooter. Not only is this a hazard, but it clearly made it not rideable. For a product of this price, size, and weight, I would have expected a quality product that was securely sent. Instead, there were a few foam blocks holding it in place (no inner packaging or box, just the shipping box). We were very disappointed, as the recipient was hoping to ride it Christmas morning.

This product only lasted 4 months before it started to fall apart. It started with an E6 error which means the controller is bad. I got in touch with the company and they sent me a new controller. I changed that and it lasted a day before I got more E6 codes and now E4 codes, which mean the brakes are bad. They closed the help center off to me after only owning it for 5 months. Now there is no one I can reach for help. I payed a lot of money on this. I am not happy at all. Don't buy.
