This works so well on my gray hair. Whoever packaged it skipped the step of securing the pump dispenser. a large amount of product was in the flimsy bag and not in the container. I would have informed customer service amount this but after scrolling through 10 or so pages of describe your problem I gave up, as nothing pertained to my issue.

Love this stuff. Makes hair silky and shinny. Just can't keep it in stock!

Doesn't discolor grey hair. It does take quite a bit of product each use, and the bottle is so small.

This is really great for dry hair (i.e.grey hair in the cold winter months!). The Amazon page said for color treated hair. That was the first time I saw that. It does not say anything about color treated on the bottle. I do not color my hair and I really like this product. It keeps my hair conditioned between shampoos. It even helps on dry hair when needed.

Just like others, the bottle had leaked into the bubble wrap during shipping. I finally got it to actually work correctly, after much loss of serum. Decided to return for refund from Amazon.. did so with not problem. I wish I could find it in a store. It's a good product. I use Keratase serum, which is much the same only $50 instead of $30. Both pretty expensive but the Keratase is a bigger bottle and obviously, no leakage.

This is an excellent product for natural grey/silver hair. I used to buy this at Target for $10. However, they stopped carrying it so I have to purchase it from Amazon (over priced) I was excited to get it only to discover that it had leaked out half the contents into the shipping bag. Next time Amazon put it in a box with bubble wrap around the bottle. I returned it. I thought about keeping the last bit of it but at $17 for a half bottle, no thanks.
