I love this sleep aid to help me get to sleep quickly! Sometimes my mind races for a solid hour before I can fall asleep but if I take one of these, I know within 20 minutes I’ll be sleeping. Unlike melatonin, that don’t help me to stay asleep but I usually don’t have that issue. There’s no feeling of grogginess or other weird side effects. They are a mint flavored melt so tastes good and easy to use. They work wonders! I’ve used these when I wake up in the middle of the night and I can tell falling back asleep is going to be hard. I take one melt and I’m back to sleep quickly and a few hours later when I’ve gotten up for work, I don’t feel drowsy at all. Great value for money. I love that they’re natural and only have a slight mint scent.

I typically go through nights of insomnia rather often. This is something I got to take if I am feeling antsy and don't see myself falling asleep anytime soon. It's a white tab that tastes like mint. You stick it on your tongue and let it dissolve. It should make you drowsy within like 30 minutes but during that time, don't be on your phone or anything. Actively try to relax and sleep. It will help. Some nights, not all, I will wake up a few hours later after I take it but I can usually fall back asleep within 30 minutes to an hour.

They worked to get me to sleep. However, its the next morning and I've got that grogginess. My sleep score from my apple watch wasn't too high either. This "worked" for me because I wasn't awake perhaps, but I don't feel rested today.

Horrible! I had the weirdest dreams, kept waking up every 20-40 minutes practically startled (for lack of a better description). Checked google & saw “vivid dreams” are a side effect….. holy crap! It was awful, felt totally drugged (by natural ingredients 🤔) Was exhausted the next day. Will never take this again and do NOT recommend. No wonder I’ve never seen it anywhere prior to on Amazon Stay away!

Amazing product I couldn’t sleep at all my brain keeps me up at night the price is very affordable for 32 tablets and I will be the first to say it fully works!! For me at least

Taken it continuously for two weeks, but it did not help at all. Taste good though, just like Polo mint. I would not recommend it to anybody.
