This phone was bought for a family member with learning difficulties who quickly mastered how to use her contacts list in the phone. As she will only use the phone to make calls we haven't tried any of the other features. Big, clear buttons, easy set up, perfect for what we wanted.

Large buttons making texting and selecting easier and screen easy to see.Only downside is there are only a couple of ring and text tones that are awful.

Hunk of junk. No audio functions working on the phone. No volume or mic working. It's a £25 brick. Bang goes the idea of a simple OAP phone. Far too complex for my mother. Setting that don't have to be there on such a device. There has to be a market for a mobile that replicates the dumb functionality of a house phone.

I bought this for my mother who is in a nursing home and it is perfect. One thing to note is that the SOS function doesn't really work. It is supposed to work through a list of 5 numbers to get a reply, if there is no answer on number 1 try number 2 etc. Most phones have voicemail which answers, so the call doesn't move to number 2. If phone 1 is switched off, the network answers with a message that the phone is unavailable, again it doesn't move to number 2.

Works relatively well for my wife who has had a strokexand finds smart phones difficult to use. Buttons are a reasoble size but their functions aren't always clear. My wife has poor cognition and vision so understanding which button to press to answer the call is not easy for her, a different colour or larger button for this rather than a small text on the screen above the button would be better. The sos button on the back is the best feature for phoning myself and our two children but is in sequence of dialing so it's me first, then others in sequence so not easy to use for none urgent calls.Phoning saved numbers can be made by long holding specific numbers but there's no way to show who is on which button so.its memory or write it in a book.Usual.old style menu system is OK for those with good vision and cognition but can be confusing for older people or those with poor vision/cognition.Charging is easy on the base station but often get odd messages saying battery has failed when on this for a long time.Its OK, but could be better.

Bought for my elderly mother the large buttons making it easy for her to use. Love the added bonus....an SOS button pressed in emergency's mom's is linked to my fone so a touch of the button I know my mom is in need of assistance.

It’s quite a decent phone for those who are disabled and need something more simple. However for some reason it got jammed on speakerphone and couldn’t get back to normal listening despite a reset making it useless within a short period of time.
