The item didn't match the picture I chose it from, but...
Everything about the process - ordering and delivery - was perfect. I was disappointed that the item did not look as beautiful as the picture my sister chose it from. The picture showed much more depth of the crystals. Not disappointed enough to send it back, she was pleased, me not so much as I have similar crystal tea light holders and they are heavy and thickly constructed. YMMV

So pretty, that I ordered more!
I ended up getting the green fluoride crystal ones. When you un-pack them, they are almost a dark green, the candles make them appear much lighter. I loved them so much, I ordered more for my entertainment center!

I bought this on sale during Amazon Prime Days in Canada. The quality appears to be genuine rose quartz. Wish that I didn't need to clean it was mild soap, water and a toothbrush upon arrival. Also wish that the base was more substantial that thin ply wood - not only for future integrity, but to be able to wash by soaking in water rather than scrubbing with a tooth brush. If the other colors/crystals go on sale, I'd likely buy it.
