Die perfekte Creme für cupcakes.Super einfach herzustellen, nur Wasser und Milch dazu, verrühren und fertig.Sie ist schneeweiß und lässt sich daher ohne farbabweichung einfärben.Sie bleibt standfest auch nach dem mischen mit Farbe und lässt sich mit einem Spritzbeutel perfekt auftragen.Geschmacklich ist sie neutral, ich habe dieses Mal Vanille Geschmack dazu gegeben.150 Gramm Pulver reichen für 24 cupcakes mit reichlich drauf, daher ist diese 900 Gramm Packung für den Preis echt ergiebig.

Malgré le fait que je pâtisse bien, cette crème vous change la vie ! Facile à faire, elle tient très bien et surtout ne nécessite pas de passage au frais. Vous pouvez donc ne pas stresser avec la chaine du froid si vous la faite à base d'eau uniquement.Et le gout est très bon ! (vous pouvez aussi l’agrémenter comme vous le souhaitez)
