True to size N95 mask
I have ordered 5 different kinds of masks, all size "small" (for a small face/head), that were advertised as N95 masks, but none of them fit properly to provide the respiratory protection one would expect from an N95 mask. The 3M 1860 (for me, the 1860S - for small) is the only one the I have found to fit all the requirements of a true N95 mask that fits me the right way, so I know that I am getting the respiratory protection I need when I wear it.

Excellent Customer Service
The rating above is related to the company. The masks themselves were fine, just small adult. I had a problem with the order and this company went above and beyond to resolve the issue. They responded quickly to my concern and wanted to be sure that I was happy with the resolution. I would hands down do business with this company again.

Do not buy this item
Product is supposed to be made in the US however, when you open the container is a horrible container/Sea bad smell, Can't put this mask on my face and tolerate smell

Moulded is not comfortable, but saves lives
These are undoubtably perfect in a professional setting, but too stiff for average person to wear about town.

Received correct product
I got the respirators I expected, I've bought these before. They were shipped in a 3M labeled case package shipping box.Given the negative reviews, I contacted 3M to confirm it was authentic product. They reported that it is. They did, however, recommend I only buy from authorized resellers. (Because of course the manufacturer would say that.) So I guess this seller is not part of a 3M reseller network.The older reviews were worrying. But I got the right product.

Calling them small instead of "for children" is misleading
These are legit 3M high quality masks. When they say small, they mean for children. If an adult puts this on, the nosepiece is on your nose but the bottom is right above the curve of our chin. The people who tried these are of average size. If you need masks for children, these will be excellent.Rating logic: 3 stars for a great product, reduced from 5 because it should be more clear how small they are.

The S stands for SMALL, appears to be hospital grade
These are SMALL! Best for kids, or if you have a really small face. Painfully tight on an adult face.Box and mask appear to be genuine 3M.

These are the exact ones I use in the hospital. The size is small and fit as expected!
