I purchased this to keep medications cool during international air travel flights, some of which are longer than 15 hours. Works great and is nice and slender. No issues with TSA, either - as long as the cooling block is frozen solid when it is taken through security.

Just used on a trip to Hawaii, where I was travelling at least 12 hours on each leg. Worked great! Kept the items inside right at 32 degrees F the whole time, and no issues with TSA security.

Very good. Had a long flight from the Midwest to the west coast and it kept my medication cold as promised.

Excellent size for carryon for plane trip. Keeps insulin cold for 48 hours, I traveled from southern USA to Germany. With the frozen insert it worked perfectly. It is TSA approved but when they screened me they would have taken it but I had taped to the outer side of the bottle my prescription. Went through with no problem.

My husband recently started to use an injectable to control his diabetes. He saw this and it appears that it will work perfectly. It is the size of an insulated water bottle, so it is not bulky at all. It looks like an insulated water bottle, with a removable part to put in the freezer. It is a great value for the money. He has not had to use it yet, so hoping it works as well as we expect. Highly recommend.

The Nomad travel case cooler is excellent! I used it on a recent trip for my eye drops that needed to be refrigerated. No issues with TSA at the airports. One night in a hotel the refrigerator did not have a freezer, so I put the gelpack in the ice bucket, filled it with ice and put it in the refrigerator on the coldest setting. The gel pack was totally frozen in the morning and kept everything cold until the following evening (and could have gone much longer). I'm very impressed with the quality and durability of this. When I returned from the trip, I purchased the Rambler to use on a daily basis, and am beyond pleased with how it works, as well. This is a great product from a great company.

This has been the best option we’ve ever used for long‑hour travel! We traveled for more than 24 hours, and when we arrived, the ice pack was just as cold as when we first packed it, and the medications stayed perfectly chilled. Fantastic product—highly recommended! But take in consideration that it ONLY fits, 2 pens max. ONLY 2.

This works well and has been used on many trips including various overseas holidays, the cold pack stays cold for a long time and keeps medication in good condition.

Was a bit skeptical about this given that nothing has worked for me previously but thought given the good reviews I would give it a chance, it’s not cheap but it absolutely exceeded my expectations and is worth every cent! I was able to fit 2 full size insulin pens & 9 small vials. This kept my insulin cold for over 24 hours I kid you not! For example from 8:30pm flying overseas I arrived at my destination 7:30pm the next day, and couldn’t wait to see if my insulin was still cold and it was! I was so shocked. So light and easy to use. Place the block in the freezer and leave out for 5 minutes before putting into the bottle with insulin. After travelling with diabetes for 8 years now this has been an absolute game changed. Popped in the freezer at all hotels and it worked a treat. Cool insulin & no issues with customs what more could I want? Thank you for creating this product I really wish I knew about this earlier. 10000/10. 💗
