Ordered this chair a while back it's small but so am I so that's fine for me. I was leaning back in it one day and the right side of the back cracked and dropped back about two inches.Didn't know what to do it was past the return policy date so I contacted the seller, and I was so shocked they actually sent me a new one.I thought the chair was a little bit pricey but I do like it and the customer service was awesome.

The media could not be loaded.  It’s decently comfortable. I like the arm rests. But they don’t stay secured tightly well. They constantly feel wobbly. But there’s good space for you to sit on which I like. Also relatively easy to put together but annoying because it’s completely disassembled

Love everything about this chair except the seat lacks enough foam padding.

I have a hard time believing the screws are only too short in my package. Do not buy this. I’m going to have to buy my own screws because what came with it is WAY too short. I’m so sick of people not reviewing products correctly and companies putting out all the great reviews. Chair would be fine if you could put it together. Such a joke.

Definitely doesn’t do anything to support your back at all. I’ve added a lumbar cushion but then there isn’t enough cushion or support in the seat area either and if I add a coccyx cushion the chair becomes difficult to sit in all together. Definitely priced to high for zero support. The color and shape are nice but that’s all.

I wanted a swiveling, reclining desk chair that didn’t *look* like a desk chair and this one is perfect!! I only just put it together a few minutes ago so I can’t speak to its longevity, but it seems very sturdy and well-manufactured. The screws and holes lined up perfectly and all the parts were present and accounted for. (TIP: Don’t tighten the arm panels all the way until you attach the back piece.) I’m sure it would’ve been quicker and easier to put together with 2 people, but I managed to do it on my own in about 40 minutes (and I’m a petit, middle-aged lady with no mechanical inclination whatsoever)! I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because of the cheap plastic casters — I ordered a better set that should arrive tomorrow, but it would’ve been nice if the chair had come with higher quality casters so I wouldn’t have had to shell out another $35 on top of the price of the chair. All-in-all, I’m very happy with my purchase!

I like that this chair is nice, comfy, cute and oversized chic. I’m 5’ 4” and weigh like 115 so to me this feels like an oversized cozy office chair. It was okay to assemble but I need help putting the back on because this chair is HEAVY. Other than that an okay chair!
