Q: It's a concentrate, do you have to mix with water?

I dilute it a bit, but you don't have to. It says for general cleaning 1/4 cup to 1 gallon warm water or straight (except hardwood floors & natural stone).

Q: Dilution amount in spray bottle? 1/4 cup/gal h2o=4 tblsp/cup h2o given in previous answers is wrong amounts?

4 tablespoons equal 1/4 cup. This is the amount for a gallon. So for one quart, divide that by 4 (4 quarts to a gallon), and you get 1tbsp to the quart, or 1 1/2 teaspoons (3 teaspoons to a tablespoon) to the pint. Most sprayers hold about a pint so a couple teaspoons should be plenty, not 4 tablespoons.

Q: Is this antibacterial?

Anything that reduces the amount of bacteria is considered antibacterial. Water is antibacterial. For this reason, this is an antibacterial product, however, there are no ingredients that are bactericidal, meaning that there is nothing in it that actively kills bacteria.
