I have to admit, I love all Aveda products. I realize they are pricy but the quality is definitely there. This conditioner was actually given to me by my new hair stylist at an Aveda salon. I was surprised when I used it as it made a noticeable difference in my hair ((I’m 72 and color my hair). My hair was so shiny afterwards, styled wonderfully, and looked much healthier. So I am now buying it regularly and gave smaller sizes as Christmas gifts. One friend specifically thanked me as she too saw a positive result.

Love this! Makes my hair super soft! It's pricy but lasts a long time making it a good value! It smells good, very light scent. The texture of this is super smooth and is very light, it does not weigh your hair down or make it greasy. It helps to keep my hair tangle free. I love that you don't have to rinse it out. It makes my hair stronger!

Love this repair conditioner...have long hair and it really works on split ends

First off, about the product itself, if you have fine hair and are looking for a spa-treatment every time you wash your hair, get this! I'm super sensitive to cosmetics and I only use Aveda if at all possible, and I've see an incredible difference in my hair and skin. Having said that, I avoid ordering Aveda products on Amazon due to the bad reviews and claims by my salon that they sell expired products. I've had good experiences and bad with cosmetics on Amazon, so I believe them that it's a bit of a roulette game. I didn't have a choice here because I'm traveling and have no vehicle, so I had to get this delivered to my long-term airbnb. It came in a bottle that looks very fresh (no date stamps) and it was sealed. Product looks, smells and feels just like what I have been buying for over 4 years from the salon. I'll probably still buy from my salon to support my local biz that adheres to Aveda standards, but in a pinch, this was a lifesafer.

I normally use the Aveda damage remedy. This product was just ok . The damage remedy seems to work better . The smell is nice .

Wow. This is magical. I have (dyed) grays thay are coarse and coiley and this tames them. It's a like a new head of hair 20 years younger, texture-wise. I go to an Aveda salon and they used it and I couldn't believe my eyes. (Note: I don't like most Aveda products.) Pricey, but I only wash my hair once a week. Wish I would have found this years ago.

My hair was brittle and thin, thanks to some issues with my iron levels. I use this and Aveda Invati Light, and it’s really helped. Very effective at strengthening my hair. It has helped soften my hair and eliminate frizziness.

I had high hopes for this one but I should have known better. I’ve noticed that since Aveda was bought out a few years ago quality has decreased markedly while prices have skyrocketed…and they’ve even discontinued their best products. I had stopped buying their stuff in protest but decided to give them one more chance. I should’nt have. This conditioner sounded like it would smell phenomenal and I expected a typical thickish consistency as in the old days. Wrong and wrong. It’s practically like water and the scent is immediately forgettable and immediately disappears after it’s washed out. Never again. I’d rather buy five bottles the same size at a drugstore for the same price. What a joke.

Aveda is an excellent brand. Their products are expensive, but you get what you pay for. I have long, dark hair, and I never had any split ends, or dry hair. This one, has a nice smell as well. Hair gets strong, soft, shiny, I recommend!
