Purchased this item for my bath remodel. The water nipple to the tub filler is not standard however so keep that in mind especially if you are a DYI or you have separate contractors for your tile work and plumbing. If the same person is doing both then they should see it right away. The tub filler connector to the water line is a 2 inch male into the wall and an oring with a set screw to the tub filler. There is no ability to cut this piece to size if you dont install either your tile or water outlet at the correct depth. Make sure you measure 3x before you set that last tile and have some play on where you anchor your water line to the studs behind the tile. My tub filler had a finish issue after a few months. Not sure what happened there but I contacted the seller and they shipped out a replacement tub filler right away. Good to know they stand behind their product.

We ordered this faucet set while we were beginning construction on our home. It’s exactly what we wanted. We misplaced the small knob and your company replaced it quickly at no charge! Who does that?? We are very impressed

After reading many reviews, I agonized over this purchase because there were so many that were more expensive. Sometimes $$$ = quality but not in this case. This faucet is perfect!! It was easy to install (according to my contractor—who isn’t afraid to complain). It’s sturdy and fills the tub super quick. I am very happy with it—and the sprayer works great too!!!

The fixture was beautiful, well-packaged. Our wall plus the new tile was deeper than expected so the threadee components were too long. The company was quick to respond and replace with a custom part for free and also paid for half of the shipping cost. Looks beautiful and so far works well.

I've bought this fixture for my new master bathroom. The first thing I've noticed is the quality of the tub filler. It's heavy. You could definitely place something on it while taking a bath. I believe that it's made out of solid brass. Doesn't look cheap for sure.However, there were some irregularities (bubbles) on the finish of the handheld shower. I've contacted the customer service with the request to fix just this one issue. And in one week they sent me a brand new hand held shower free of charge. The new hand held shower was perfect.

I just finished a bathroom renovation and chose the Airuida tub filler. The faucet has good weight, looks sleek, and has great water flow. Whenever I do installations, I always recommend that customers purchase an extra cartridge and diverter in case of need or a future contractor/slash plumber doesn’t want to take the time to help find one and the only option becomes ripping down the walls and breaking tile installations to change the faucet ($$$). Customer service at Airuida was excellent and very responsive. They helped me find the extra parts that were to help my customers feel reassured in using the product and keeping it functional for years to come. Now any repairs that may come up can be managed affordably. Great support Airuida and great product. A++

Beautiful addition to our bathroom. Problem with brass fitting of handheld shower head, it was to short for my plumbing, I contacted them via email, told them I need it 1cm longer, they replied within 24 hours. They custom made me a new part, arrived within 2 weeks & fits perfectly. Highly recommend.
