I bought this adapter for a 2 week trip to the UK and was pleased with its performance. It does not convert voltage, but my electronics did not require the conversion, only the correct kind of plug. (Turns out most devices nowadays are dual-voltage -- look it up!) You can slide the levers on the sides to push out a variety of plug shapes. This adapter will fit outlets used in the UK, US, EU, and Australia. A list of countries is included. I've only used the US and UK plugs so far. Another pro (and why I bought this) there are 4 USB ports -- two on the sides that output 2.4A and two on the top that output 1.5A, as well as a universal outlet that accepts regular plugs. The literature claims you can plug in 150 countries' plugs there, but I only tried 2- and 3-prong US plugs, which worked fine. I also only charged a max of 3 items at any one time (my phone and external battery in the smaller-output USBs, and a laptop or camera battery charger in the plug). All devices charged without issue. I like the compact size -- it's about 3"x2"x2", or about half that if you detach at the silver border and just use the EU plug. The adapter comes with a black nylon zippered case, which I found convenient for packing and protecting the thing. Have not tested the surge protector function, nor have I charged with all 4 USBs and the plug at the same time to test full charging capacity. Also the company included this weird little...cord wrangler strap? With a cartoon English guard? It was labeled in the box as a free extra and it's not a bad thing, just baffling and not useful to me.

I bought this for a short trip to Europe for meetings, and it works great! You can plug in a US adaptor and 3 USB connectors. So I was able to plug in my Ipad (regular plug), phone (USB), and a charger(USB) I had brought for the phone. It is small enough to travel easily, but has all the various adapters you would need for traveling to other countries. I plan to take it to Thailand for meetings. I bought this because of the good reviews, and I can confirm them, this is a great bang for the buck! It is a bit pricier, but much better than previous adaptors I've traveled with, and the USB slots (also comes with a nice lightweight case). Definitely pay a bit more and get something that will serve you well as you travel!

This works quite well for my needs. There are several different options all in one for you depending on where you are travelling abroad (from the US). This has four USB connections which, honestly is all I ever use or need anymore when travelling. Charging Phones, tablets and such. When plugging into some wall outlets, it is not a great match-it can be a little bit loose and might fall out if you bump into it. Probably not a great idea for using with a hair dryer or other high power items, as it is not a converter, just an adaptor. I do not use any of those type of appliances though.

Does NOT work in Munich, Germany despite email response from company prior to ordering. The reviews seemed to say this adapter would AND would not work in Germany depending on which one I read. So, I decided to email the company and confirm- company wrote back indicating it would work. It does NOT. The pins on both of the included types are the wrong shape. They must be round. This adapter would otherwise would be perfect and smartly made. As I am currently in Germany while writing this review I cannot add photos via mobile. I will add them once I return to the US.

Super compact and sleek and comes with a great carrying case. Usually travel with several adapters but this version eliminates the need for multiple adapters thanks to the USB ports. Was able to charge all three of my devices, including my computer, overnight without issue. Would definitely recommend and will buying again for family members and work colleagues. Once piece of advice... the UK adapter port 'flips out'. Took me an embarrassing amount of time to figure this out. Overall - top notch product. Also this seller provides stellar customer service.

I bought this for a trek through Europe and it was perfect for a year of country hopping across 3 continents. However, it didn’t hold up come Year 2. I got to Italy and was disappointed to find that it was no longer functioning. Tried it in Greece and it failed me there as well. I would give this product 5 stars because of the number of ports, the USB ports, and easy and compact conversion of all the different prongs I just wish it lasted longer than a year.

I bought this adaptor before a recent trip to Australia and New Zealand. My wife and I travel with two phones and two tablets. We have typically had to either bring a stack of adaptors and US plugs or squabble over who is going to get to charge. NO MORE!! The adaptor worked very well and we could plug all our devices in at the same time if we actually wanted to. When we got home I tossed our UK and European adaptors into deep storage. In fact, since the works well on US plugs, I'm now using the Bonazza as my primary phone and tablet charger at home as well. My only caution is that, with outlets that have an on-off switch, it can take a little positioning to be sure that the outlet power switch is on and good contacts to the adaptor are made. Fortunately, the indicator light on the Bonazza makes it easy to know whether the adaptor is powered up.

Worked well on a recent trip to New Zealand! It was very nice to have multiple USB slots to charge all of our devices at once + plug in our laptop all on 1 adapter! The only issue we had is the adapter is a little bulky, and would frequently push into the power button on New Zealand outlets (they all had a switch right next to the outlet which would shut off power to it) - however, I think the adapter is pretty standard size for an adapter so I don't know if it can be avoided with a different product. In any case, most of the time it worked fine by just not pushing it all the way into the wall. There was only 1 hotel where this didn't seem to work and the adapter kept either turning off the outlet, or falling out of the wall.
