This is an excellent set and well worth the cost. The mold is a heavy-duty 22 gauge stainless steel, so it does not have sharp edges and holds its shape. It is also surprisingly compact for tighter freezer spaces. We also love the reusable bamboo sticks that allow the base to be removed when the popsicle is frozen. Moreover, the popsicles are extremely easy to remove after running them under water, unlike the cheap plastic ones we were replacing. Since we purchased these, we have been regularly making everything from mango creamsicles to pina-colada popsicles. The only, very minor, flaw is the silicon plugs. They can slip out of the lid when the sticks are put in, but are easy to put back. They also can be torn, although there is an additional replacement set already included if needed. These do not affect the overall quality. What convinced us to spend the extra money on this nicer set was that we can buy replacement silicon plugs and replacement bamboo sticks directly through Ecozoi if needed in the future. We can also replace the bamboo with metal sticks if we decide we want to make the switch without having to buy a whole new set. (We specifically chose the bamboo because the metal sticks are designed such that you have to leave the drip base on once the popsicle is frozen, while the bamboo sticks allow the base to slide off if wanted.) We also liked that this is an eco-friendly company with minimal packaging and a great backstory.

Nach einiger Recherche habe ich mich für dieses Produkt entschieden. Von Frauen geführter Betrieb der nachhaltig arbeitet, so die Werbung zumindest. Die Paletas (so nennt man Eis am Stil in México), bzw. die Förmchen sind aus Edelstahl und in einer hochwertigen Pappbox verpackt. Dafür volle Punktzahl, sehr sympathisch. Gute Verarbeitung und da kann ich mich meinem Vorredner nicht anschließen, absolut sicher. Ich finde die Formen nicht scharfkantig. Ich bestelle wahrscheinlich noch eine Box. Wir haben Margarita Eis mit Tequila gemacht, alles frisch und selbstgemacht. Es ist richtig gut geworden. Top Produkt.

Ottimo prodotto, rifiniture perfette nessuna parte tagliente, come riportato in commenti negativi. Mille volte meglio di quelli realizzati in silicone poi essendo in acciaio, i ghiaccioli si solidificano prima.

Received mine this afternoon and first impressions are good. This appears to be a well made product. Stainless steel, but I don't see the sharp edges written about elsewhere. The steel lolly pop holders are beautifully finished, with no burrs. Likewise, the tops on the of the holders are smoothed and are not a cutting risk at all. One reviewer states that replacement sticks are not available, hello, just take the silicone plugs out of the lids and put any size stick into the lolly when it's partly frozen. That's a no brainer. I anticipate any failure in producing lollies from these holders will be down to my culinary inadequacy, rather than any failure of this beautifully presented product.
