Casio Men's GST-S110D-1ACR G Shock Analog-Digital Display Quartz Silver Watch

Wow this watch is awesome! It feels really sturdy, looks fancy, yet rugged; not fragile or delicate. I have had two Casio analog/digital stainless steel watches for many years, but they are finally starting to lose time, even with new batteries. I was so bummed. I started looking for G-Shocks in the stainless steel style and was unpleasantly surprised how expensive they range. I ended up buying a green camo G-Shock that I loved so much that I ended up buying a grey camo one too. They look cool with nicer clothes, but still sort of juvenile. This looks why nicer! This is one of the most economical ones, and looks cooler than some of the more expensive ones I also found here on Amazon.It came brand new, wrapped in factory plastic in the G-Shock box with manual. It even had an MSRP price tag hanging from it that said $380! Wow this was a great deal!I love it! It was easy to set, the light works great and even illuminates the digital dials so you can check the date in the dark, or the status of your stopwatch; I use my stopwatch a lot. The hands even glow in the dark, which my other two G-Shock camo watches do not do. They certainly do not illuminate the digital dials. I love the camo resin G-Shocks that I got for fun and to not worry about getting dirty or scratched when doing physical labor, engine work, carpentry, etc. I got this to look like a baller LOL. It is awesome. I don't want to scratch it up sticking my arm in an engine compartment, so I keep the plastic watch in my glove box. Wearing this one to work in an office looks a lot more mature. Also, if you are dressed like a slob in flip-flops, sleeveless shirt and shorts, wearing this watch really ups your game and makes you not seem like such a dirt bag.If you are even considering this watch as a nice-looking watch you can dress nice in, or dress down with casual attire while engaging in any rigorous activities, including swimming, go for it!

This is a great men's watch. Not that big of a fan of the other G-Shock watches, but I'm glad Casio made one that looks sporty, yet so classy at the same time. You could definitely wear this watch for any occasion. It's perfect for what I intended it for, as an everyday kind-of watch and something I can wear casually or formally. It's a very manly watch. It's big, but not extremely big. Just enough to get noticed. It has some weight to it, but it's expected since it's a stainless steel watch. Looks a lot more expensive than what it's priced. Really happy with the analog-digital combination and the many other features it comes with like being tough solar, having 5 alarms, an LED light, and stopwatch feature. This made me a Casio G-Shock G-Steel fan and enthusiast for sure, and I'm looking forward to further improvements on the designs and features in the future, if any. Hope they come up with more color schemes and/or combinations, and I'm sure they'll do. The only negative thing I can say about the watch is like what other people have said about the watch, the reverse digital display (black/dark background with light display). It's almost impossible to read the display at arms length. You need good lighting to read the digital display or you need to to turn on the LED light. But one of the reasons I liked the design of this watch was because of the "blacked-out" face, so difficulty in reading the "reverse" digital display is just a minor issue for me. It doesn't change my opinion about the watch, I absolutely love it and highly recommend it for anybody who's looking for a sporty yet luxurious and classy watch. You can't beat the price. It's worth every penny. Pretty soon, might work my way up to the MT-G and MR-G. But price-wise and affordability, I did not hesitate on getting this watch. It is just as rugged and spectacular looking as the MT-G and MR-G, but at a cheaper price.

I needed a tough watch for travel; this is it. G-shock durability, but dressier outer stainless Backshell is black resin, wasn't sure if I liked it, but after a few weeks, I do, both aesthetically, and it no doubt keeps the weight down. Quickly change between world time zones (LCD vs. hands), and auto-light on wrist tilt (if you have the option selected) is great for dark airline cabins. Some questioned whether this auto-tilt worked... it seems to use the solar feature as a light detector. If it's bright out (really, if it's just not dark out), the auto-light doesn't illuminate (which makes perfect sense, why waste battery?). It's a bit big (an observation, not a complaint, I like the size) as are most of the G-shocks. Very easy to remove links to size the band, took me 2 minutes. The white lettering on black background on the LCDs is very visible if the watch faces the light source... if the watch is not facing the light source, it can be a bit hard to see... SO MOVE THE WATCH, or use the backlight manually.Very pleased, great value, would buy it again in a heartbeat.

It's a bit heavy but that would be due to robust design coz it's a military grade but after some time it isn't much of a problem doe

Love the watch

I'm loving my watch so far! It blends the ruggedness of the G-Shock line with the classy look of a nice stainless steel dress watch. I can wear it daily, casually and not worry about breaking or damaging it, and I can also wear it formally fairly well. I would imagine this would be a great watch to travel with if you had to bring only 1 watch. Especially cause of the durability and the time zone settings, even better yet if you go for the Multiband 6 Atomic version of this watch. It works for multiple occasions and uses, it's very functional, stylish and tough! Solar power is also a good benefit for extending battery life. I'm enjoying my addition to my G-Shock collection and I now find myself wearing this watch more than my others! Shipped out in all original packaging and unopened.
