Very good product, Helps me sleep a bit better at night.

I helped me a lot with restless legs in pregnancy. Been taking it last 2-3 weeks or so and I can't say it resolved the issue entirely but it does provide me enough relief to allow me to sleep. My RLS is really really bad this pregnancy and started very early just past 20 weeks. Currently 29 weeks and able to finally sleep so thank you for this :)

I wake up brighter but occasionally also leads to poor sleep. Overall worth it if you are a poor riser.

Best i have found, my child has PCOS and high magnesium is needed to help. It is really hard to find this level of glycinate in any other mixed vitamin.

I loved these in terms of ingredients and strength, but sadly, the price has gone up by 35% since my previous purchase (just 2 months ago!) so I'm buying my next supply elsewhere.

One of the best Magnesium’s Iv tried. Definitely feel it if Iv missed a few days. Easy to swallow and can’t taste it.
