First of all, I received the new Dell Inspiron 15 two days earlier than the expected delivery date. The delivery package was dropped right outside my door, and I truly appreciate that (especially now with the COVID cases on the rise!).I was just baffled at how light the packaging was (even thought for a second that it may have been delivered empty, without the laptop) ^^" Back to the product! I've had a great experience with Dell laptops previously, so I did not hesitate to purchase a new one :) This one is definitely an upgrade from my old 12" Inspiron 7386 and I noticed it from the second I unpacked the laptop. Packaging comes with only the laptop and the charger. The new Dell Inspiron 15 5502 is noticeably smoother and faster!Soon enough, I faced some problems with operating the system ^^" There was a problem with connecting to bluetooth devices and the charging of the laptop. However, the team from Happy UAE were kind enough to provide me with all assistance I needed to work my way around and fix up the pending issues.I'm truly delighted to have made this purchase! Thank you all :)

regular shut off with residual power with battery. forced to open the back cover every now and then,after a long time chosen DEll and the worst product ever produced.

It doesn’t have stylus and the keyboard is only english so you will need to buy arabic letters stickers

Product is excellent. Good performance, design, size all are fine but Little bit disappointed because Microsoft office is not included. Other then everything is cool.

I love this laptop. It's light weight. The color and design is beautiful. It has a backlit keyboard and fingerprint recognition. Mine was not a touch screen. It also upgraded to windows 11 with no issues.

I purchased this laptop for it's 2-in-1 capabilities, as well as the dell active pen. The touchscreen plus pen were flawless. They wrote effortlessly and smoothly, and had little to no lag or offset that I could notice. The weight is a little heavy, but if you're coming from a larger and heavier laptop like I was, the weight is no problem. It's very sleek, and doesn't heat up very hot. The fan is quiet. The display had a great viewing angle. When flipped into a tablet, the virtual keyboard is very easy to use. However, if you wish to use it at an angle, the screen does not lock in place and something has to be placed behind the screen to prop it up. Not really a problem, and it's easy to adjust on your own.However, the laptop has one drawback that made me return it. If you're planning on using your laptop for color sensitive work, absolutely do not pick this one. The color display runs very warm and isn't very bright. According to the spectrum of colors that is widely used on the internet, the sRGB profile, this laptop has less than 50% of the color display capabilities that most other devices you will find, including most phones and laptops. The leading sRGB color display range is usually 80-97% so the limited range of this laptop, as well as the screen brightness is definitely a drawback. However that said, I owned the laptop for a week and a half before I noticed the discrepancy in colors. It's perfectly find for anyone that doesn't do color sensitive work. If I hadn't been working with art and viewing my work on several different screens, I would not have noticed anything off with the color display. And as it was, I spent a week drawing without noticing a thing. If I had to describe the problem, it was like wearing a pair of slightly yellow tinted glasses. While you have them on everything looks normal, but if you look at the screen of your phone and take the glasses off, the colors definitely are skewed.The battery life is excellent, not quite what is advertised, but that's just what you get when laptop shopping.The screen is quite glossy, so fingerprints show up obviously on the screen and it should be cleaned frequently with probably a microfiber cloth that won't scratch or smear.
