Purchased for my girlfriend after she tore her meniscus and damaged her ACL. Her surgery was set out for several weeks. After putting it on she was so happy it reduced the pain and stress on the knee for her. She is now able to power through work days in the medical field with the brace.She is 5’5’’ 125lbs all the straps were all too long but had a cool way to adjust them for her smaller size and now it fits perfectly. However I do suggest also buying a knee brace sleeve with it because how tight you need to wear it and it bothered her overtime throughout a work day. Now she has the brace and sleeve she can’t be stopped.She is still working and going to the gym working on things she can do until her surgery date comes.

I banged my knee and after the swearing subsided it felt really wobbly. It didn’t feel stable enough to bear weight until a dozen careful steps. Sitting made it worse.I’m a sundown to sunrise worker so I fired up my Amazon app and found this knee brace. It had good reviews and looked rugged.I ordered this brace at 1:30 am and my awesome Amazon friend delivered it by noon same day. I don’t usually need anything that fast but this delivery is greatly appreciated.I got this knee brace today I've had it on for about an hour. my knee pain is half of what it was before wearing this brace I have more support wearing this brace than the one I actually got from the doctor it's comfortable . in my opinion I love this knee brace very much.

Purchased this brace Friday before Memorial Day. Starting wearing it that Sunday, for now 2 weeks and about 6 hours a day.. June 9, I have discovered a serious skin irritation in the exact design of the silicone “non-slip” padding on these straps.. This rash is on day 3 now and worse than previously discovered.. I contacted the Komzer site for assistance on this issue but only response was to “send my order number” for a refund..This does not explain this very serious skin irritation which can only be caused by one feature of this product, the silicone that is being used which either burned my skin or caused me to have a very serious allergic reaction… cortisone has not helped to calm it down.. After reading reviews for a good brace, I am extremely disappointed.. No where does it even mention this could cause a bad skin irritation..As for The brace itself was so comfortable and fit well, but this skin irritation is unexpected since I’ve never had an issue with Don Joy or Breg braces from past ACL surgeries..My review here is real and in my own experiences, the brace is a quality brace and comfortable, however it will and could cause burning to your skin or a major skin irritation from the Silicone used on the pads..

Knee pain worked pretty well till it broke nylon latches are to weak also.

We bought this for my husband- he's got bone on bone action in his knee, it's unstable and he has been unable to walk even short distances without pain and leg fatigue.This brace has helped him tremendously! He feels steady, his leg doesn't tire as easily and he can walk a lot farther with the brace on.The brace fits nicely under his pants and is secure without cutting off circulation. Two thumbs up!

The product was very good. Fit is good and gives good support. It was new but a older modle. Needs the allen wrench to adgust. Video shows a built in adjustment.

Great fit, lightweight, comparable to its expensive counterparts

I had seen a review of someone who said they had a severe skin reaction to the gel grip pads but I honestly overlooked it because I thought either A) they had it on too tight and it was just user error or B) they were just one out of a million that is super sensitive and allergic to certain things. But now after less than 12 hours of use I have welps in all 4 pleases where the gel grips were. I started feeling like my skin was on fire and being ripped apart and when I took it off I noticed the burns/welps. This is very unfortunate because the brace it’s self made my knee finally feel normal again and I was so happy to be walking with absolutely no pain!! It’s been over a year since I could say that. But the burns hurt so bad I cannot wear it. :/
