Easy and great results
These have become a game changer in our house. I have young kids whose favorite food is still macaroni and cheese. When we have a busy evening it’s been so great to just get out the easy Mac bowls and make perfect macaroni in a fraction of the time. We can make an entire box in minutes and it’s big enough that it doesn’t cause spill over in the microwave when it’s boiling. My kids love the results and I love the easy use! I would say these are worth every penny I have spent on them. We have come to love them so much that I now have six of them.

Really cool once you get to know it
I got one of these at Walmart a long time ago and used it allll the time for years until losing it in a move.. Got these to replace it and I'm so mad I didn't order sooner. It fits a regular blue box style of mac and cheese (the kind with the dry powder) and the biggest plus is that if you have limited potable water, this doesn't require draining the pasta and there's no water to dump out so none is wasted. It's easy once you get the hang of it just be sure to watch it the whole time (really not long at all) after about a minute because as with cooking pasta in the microwave it's prone to boiling over. If it comes out a bit dry and gummy after adding the cheese and other ingredients, I just add some more water or milk until it has the consistency I like, I personally like it almost soupy lol. Once I found the right water ratio and know when/if it'll boil over to avoid slimy starchy microwave mess, it's been so easy to use and is always what I grab when I don't have energy for dishes. Heat resistance is great, there aren't any marks on the inside like many 'microwavable' plastic containers get when you nuke them and no steam burns thanks to the versatile handles that help hold foil so you can store the leftover mac in the same container. Why wash 3 dishes when you can wash just 1? Plus I've forgotten about it and left it dirty a few times and it's like nothing really sticks to it.

WORTH IT!
Works! Saves time & clean up! Might need to adjust time by a minute when using other types of pasta

Worked Great after messing with cook time
I used spiel craft Mac and cheese and I will say the noodles were not the right texture after the mentioned times on the packaging for this bowl. I actually threw the bowl back in for another 20 seconds and then another 15 after adding the ingredients just to get it a little better. Other than changing the times this product is very easy. It does boil over in the second microwaving however I don’t see a problem when I take it out I put a paper towel down to soak the water up right away and let the butter melt in while I soak up the water. Over all pretty good when I get home late and want a quick bite to eat definitely has saved me from not having dinner a few times.

This is okay. Suggest trying 2/3 cup of the macaroni from the 7.25 oz box for better results and less fuss.
Like the ramen cooker, the mac cooker has performed well. If there is one criticism, it would be that the instructions made no mention of what size assumption went into it. For instance, there are now single-serving mac n cheese but I found the cheese sauce to be very soupy. Putting two single-servings together did a whole lot better. The old 7.25 oz box (3 servings) turned out, in my case, to end up with cooked pasta, to be sure, but a real shortage of water. I had to add some water so the cheese sauce would not be quite so stiff. Tasted fine. Once you work out the equivalents, pretty much smooth going. June 6, 2018 - I don't eat mac n cheese often and finally decided to try taking the 7.25 oz box and see if my thought that it was just too large for the mac cooker might be true. I measured the dry macaroni into a measuring cup and put about 2/3 of a cup into the cooker then followed the instructions (fill with water to mark, cook 2.5 min, break up mac, cook 2 minutes, then add cheese sauce mix and serve) and the result was much closer to what I would have wanted. The mac was cooked and still pretty wet. The cheese sauce powder made a reasonable cheese sauce. Except a slight spillage (boil over), the results were much better and with much less fuss.

I bought one for my daughter many years ago. As she finishes school and gets ready to move out i figured time to buy my own. These are amazing. The water never boils over and makes a mess in microwave and cooks it in roughly 5 minutes. Fabulous!

Super fast way to make Mac & Cheese. Did boil over into the microwave, even when filled with water and macaroni just to the line.
