They work wonderfully with my oven and accessories. You truly feel not heat and you can get a better hold on you dish, removing the anxiety of dropping hot glass or metal. They’ve got little fabric loops on the inside so you can hang them up, and they stay relatively clean for being white. It’s really easy to slip them on in a rush, and while’s they’re a little big for me (small woman hands) it has never been an issue regarding picking things up. They don’t burn or get ruined with the heat from metals, so it might be a while until I can buy another pair.

I’ve gone through plenty of standard oven mitts, but these QUWIN BBQ Gloves are in a completely different league. If you do a lot of high-heat grilling or Dutch oven baking, these are essential. Why I’m impressed: Extreme Heat Resistance: These are rated for up to 1472°F, which is incredible. I can move hot grill grates or rearrange burning logs in the smoker without feeling a thing. No-Slip Grip: The silicone strip design provides a much more secure grip than fabric or leather. I feel much more confident carrying heavy, grease-slicked cast iron pans. Better Dexterity: Unlike bulky mitts, the five-finger design lets you actually use your hands. I can handle tongs, thermometers, and small grill accessories with ease. Great Coverage: The extra-long cuffs are a lifesaver for protecting my wrists and forearms when I’m reaching deep into a hot oven or over a flare-up on the grill. One thing to note: Like most aramid fiber gloves, these are not waterproof. Don’t use them to pull corn out of boiling water or handle items with hot steam, as the moisture will transfer the heat directly to your skin. Overall: These are well-made, comfortable, and offer peace of mind when working with extreme temperatures. They are also machine washable, which is a huge plus after a messy BBQ session.

This for me that has sensory issues in my hands makes it easy to see how my hand grabs hot pans in the oven so I know I’m gripping it enough. Great quality that gets the job done.

Gloves are nice and grippy, they block the heat well when needing to grab and shift something’s on the smoker or grill. They don’t block heat the greatest. I grabbed something from the grill or smoker to move it inside the house like 20 feet, it didn’t burn me, but I could start feeling some heat through the gloves.

The freedom of using fingers vs mitts is liberating , baking bread with Dutch oven in and out of oven works great . Just don’t hold onto Dutch oven too long , it’s gets really warm to hot . But over all it’s a good product

Reliable gloves, I have been using my grill and smoker consistently and these have saved me each time. I had to get gloves, I had already burned myself several times, but these helped me. They have good insulation, even if the grill is super-hot, you won't feel anything. They are easy to clean and easy to put on. I am a man with big hands and they fit great, I could even have bigger hands and they would still fit.

The quality, size, insulation and grip are all great. These are much better than using pot holders or towels.

These gloves work great for handling hot plates and grill grates from a hot BBQ. I have used them for taking hot platers from my oven. I use them mostly for taking internal temperatures of meats on my grill while the food is cooking and without them my hands get burnt. I have not held anything very hot for long so I can't confirm what others are saying bthe it gets hot through them but for me that has not bhappened. These are a great price and work well for what they are made for. They are comfortable and have a good grip and can be worn on either hand or on either side so if one side wears just flip them over and use the other side. I only give 4 stars because I got the largest size and they are still a little tight on my hands and I don't have huge hands.

No way on this PLANET are these rated to 1472F (800C), I baked chicken in my cast iron pan, at 200c & after 20 minutes in the oven, carrying that pan to the counter was hot enough to have my hand red THROUGH these so called "Extreme heat resistant" gloves & the "silicone" non-slip melted. What a joke of a product.

I love the fact that they come up my arm so far. I even bought a pair for the BBQ as the heat radiating from that wasn't doing my skin any favours. No heat felt through them. They do the job.
