Works Perfect with Tello!!!
So far I love this Radio. Fells good in the hand. Screen is clear, all the Nav buttons work smoothly, the volume is loud and clear as well. Download the Vysor app for your Computer and control the phone from your computer screen. The only thing I don't like is the Charging, this Radio needs to be USB C not mini USB. Out of all the Radios I've tried this one is it!!!

GOOD DEVICE, FAIRLY LOUD, MIC GOOD
Good device, since it's rebranded Inrico T320 phone you can find a lot of accessories for it but most come direct from China unless ordered from Amazon (if you can find it on there). The short of it is the radio is pretty nice, everything works well I don't really have any complaints. The 2 SIMs work well, the basics are all good (loudness, mic quality, camera quality). The screen is a little small but it gets the job done. One complaint (any maybe I just cant figure it out) but if you do use the PTT on Zello the screen will come on. I would personally prefer it just to stay off, I contacted Zello about this and they didn't have much to say besides it should be working or their app is at least designed to work that way so it might be the phones design doing it.Battery life is good, I almost get 4+ days depending on what I'm doing on it.I secluded these to a VLAN'd network (tech talk for seperate network) to make sure the Android OS installed wasn't communicating with any unknown/unexpected servers and I can say it appears fine. It doesn't appear to be a "OEM" version of Android installed but their own proprietary version. Everything is Zello or Google/Google APIs. Nothing overseas that I can tell.I personally recommend Redpocket as the service provider if you are planning to only use Zello as Zello uses a very low amount of data. If you order their deals you can get service for $2.50/month on their annual plans for 200MB (enough to cover Zello typically but you can always add more). You also then get the ability to make phone calls or text. I also use FreedomPop as a backup SIM, just to have it. I keep the free 25MB service from them per month and only switch to it if RedPocket ever goes down (which it hasn't, it's tmobile essentially).

Micro USB. In 2024? Really?
I was immensely annoyed by the micro USB charging port. I never would have bought this if I had know this. Alas, it took over a month to arrive so by the time it did I needed it and could t send it back in. I bought this as a stop gap while we use Zello as a stop gap until we get new Motorola XPRs on a professional networking solution. Zello is terrible on phones, being completely inaudible to me in a noisy environment. I figured after we get our professional radios up and running I can use it to talk on GMRS and HAM repeaters on Zello and RealPTT. It's OK. The belt clip is worthless. Don't even bother. It's an POC radio if that's what you need. It's OK as far as ruggedness. Essentially it's a 2012 Android phone in a radio chassis. It's OK. But micro USB 🙄🙄🙄

Great Comms Tool!
So I started running mine thru my phone’s Wi-Fi and had it up and running in about 5 minutes. Use it for a volunteer fire rehab group I belong to. After a few days I realized that using the phone’s Wi-Fi was killing my phone battery. I went to a local T-Mobile store and got a $10 a month data only sim. Works flawlessly! The battery life on the radio is incredible. For my needs this radio is perfect.

A great ZELLO PTT attached to a 2001 cell phone
To be fair this was never advertised as a cell phone but a POC/WiFi Radio and in that respect, if that's what you're going to use it for this is top notch. Easy to setup and use and it's loud and clear. Frankly though, if you have a modern cell phone I can't see why this is necessary unless you just like gadgets or are a network radio HAM and want a dedicated HT. My 13 mini does everything this can do but markedly better expect for cellular signal retention but I'll comment on that below. I've played with it a day or two now and I'm already tired of it. It's not useless but it's so dated I assume it soon will be. This is a good POC/WiFi radio. That's where it stops. I'll list the pro's and cons that I've discovered. I'll start with the Pros.Pro's:1. Easy to set up with Zello. I didn't use any other services so I can't comment on them. Even when the screen is locked, when you hit the PTT button it defaults to the channel you're on and opens right up. This is far superior to the way you have to do it on a cell phone. In this regards this works like a proper two-way radio and for that it's fantastic. It's also very loud but the speaker is on the back. It still works though.2. AT&T does work on this radio giving you 4G LTE data and cellular service. I put the nano sim from my 13 mini into the micro slot of the radio (you have to align it just right over the three brass nubs to the right of the slot and it will work w/o an adapter) and AT&T recognized it right away.3. Bluetooth works very well. I connected to a cheap set of earbuds and my Ford Raptor without issue. I don't have a BT speaker/mic to try out but I can't see why it wouldn't work. The earbuds could control the radio with the tap combos for play and pause so there are bidirectional com's.4. It gobbles down cell signal like a fat kid on cake. Seriously. The external LTE antenna works well and driving through areas this morning where I typically drop signal while streaming music, this radio just kept chooching along. It's reminiscent of the old Nokia candy bar cell phones in that regard.5. It has a freaking volume knob! I've missed that so much! It controls all sound including the volume to your BT devices. Side note, the wake-up alarm is LOUD.6. It seems well made and feels really good in the hand. The placement of everything feels natural for a right-hand person.7. I installed a 128 GB SD card and it worked like a charm. You will need this.8. If you don't have a sim card you can download and use google voice. As long as you have WiFi you can have phone and text privilege's. Using Google voice, you too can be a spammer trying to sell car warranties or scam people telling them you're the IRS and want Walmart Gift cars for payment!9. It tethers as a modem. I tested the speeds about about ~11-12 upload and ~5-6 download so that's enough to do something out in the field in a weak cell signal area if you need to.Con's:1. The display is just horrible. It's so tiny it's nearly unusable for anything else. Even at the largest font and display level I still need at least a 1.25 reader. You can download apps from Google play but most are not formatted for the type of screen on this phone and you will miss necessary radio buttons. For example; I downloaded iHeatRadio and it would not allow me to access the area I needed to log into my account. I went into settings and shrunk the display down as much as possible (requiring me to go to my 2.5 readers typically used for installing tiny radio parts and such) and finally was able to just barely see the top of the area I needed and picked my way through it.2. It lags like crazy when checking mail or scrolling.3. Texting is doable but the tiny screen assure you will be backspacing to correct misspellings a lot.4. This is probably my biggest gripe: there is no home button!! Why would you not have a home button? If I need to get back to the main screen it's just press the back button until you get there.5. The side buttons are not mappable or at least I've not figured out how to map them to anything other than Zello.6. The cameras are of meh' quality. Perfect for getting pictures of bigfoot or UFO's.7. The battery life doesn't seem to be the greatest. It used about 35% in just a few hours this morning. However maybe I don't have something set correctly.8. Forget about a usable users manual. I mean, it comes with one so there's that at least.I could keep going but that's enough. I've not decided yet if I'm going to keep these. In my world the largest pro is the cell service since we like to go to the mountains or desert and having just a little extra cell signal might be beneficial. I could just add additional line to my AT&T account and keep it as a spare house phone, car phone, kid phone or whatever. We'll be taking a trip next week though signal-impaired areas so I'll give it a shot then and decide if I want to keep it or not.If you have a spare $135 and like to collect gizmo's and tinker with them, this might be fun...or not.To surmise: Zello, great. Cell, great. Texting, 'meh due to tiny screen but will work. Can use Google maps but again anything that relies on the screen will be infuriating. Good for BT music streaming. Battery life is undecided.
