I have purchased this product before to use as a high light in the corner of my eyes after applying eyeshadow. It just gives a polished look to your eyeshadow. . It doesn’t claim to be waterproof but I noticed it does last all day so I’d say it has good durability. It is easy to remove with make up remover wipes at the end of the day. . The size is great for the money and the highlight is very bright or can be subtle if you apply a smaller amount of it. I really like it and will continue to use it for this purpose.

This was the perfect shade for someone who wanted to wear makeup but didn’t want to look over done. I don’t usually wear makeup, but I wanted to look special for a wedding.It went on smoothly and blended well. It was perfect for me.

Bought this to use for my daughter's scarecrow makeup for halloween. Worked great for this purpose. It was a little thicker than I wanted only because she's so tiny. But we made it work. I'm not sure how you'd use this for actual makeup/eyeliner because of how thick the pencil is. But it worked for what we needed it for. The black was solid and did not require going over the area a million times to get it to show up. Came off with makeup remover fairly quickly. Wasn't sticky or uncomfortable feeling on her face. Unsure if it would be waterproof. We didn't really have a situation that put that to the test.

I use this for eyeshadow and also on top of a lipstick that is much too bright for me.....it mutes the bold color nicely. The price can't be beat and I use a couple of the other colors too.

I love the color of this pencil, it can be used for the eye lid, as a liner or as a lipstick - it's vibrant and beautiful. The texture is smooth and creamy, making it easy to apply. Unfortunately, it doesn't last long and fades quickly after application. Wish the staying power was better

I love wet-n-wild for being cruelty-free and budget-friendly. This eyeliner is so low-cost for the velvety quality and staying power; however, this color is more cerulean than navy blue. Still 5 stars for the cost and quality, alone.

Creamy and reflective. I don't know about you but I have very fair skin and the veins on my eyelids are very visible and this covers them up wonderfully. Plus the price is right to give it a try!

****Edited to add that putting some powder over top (translucent) definitely DOES help this stay in place.So I got nocturnal and cheat day as I intend to use them as liner. They are decently thick, will be hard to get a fine line from them . I opened them and did a very light, hardly any pressure swipe on my hand. They glided on very easily and lots of color as you can see. I then took my finer and did a light one swipe through and it smeared easily (that was after they sat for a minute or two). I fear these won't last well at all. Possibly with a setting mist? Gave 4 stars for the color pay off and ease it goes on. Maybe if they set even longer on skin they will set.
