The media could not be loaded.  The battery doesn't even hold charges. I installed it on my computer the moments it arrived, however, try to turn it on and the laptop didn't boot up. I plug in the power cord and it says the battery is 43% charged. I try to unplug the power, the laptop immediately turns off. I gave it a chance and let it charge for another 2 hours. After charging I tried to boot up without plugging into the wall again to no avail. I plug it back into the wall and the computer still saying 43% charge like 2 hours ago (no charge gain at all). I try to disconnect the power cable once again and the laptop immediately turns off, AGAIN!!!I would give a 0 star if possible because it won't even last 5 second.

The battery was fine the first charging cycle then things quickly went downhill. I started receiving the "plugged in, battery not charging" message but when the battery discharged to a certain level, it would charge back. Then over the past week, I would boot up the laptop and the battery would have gone from 90% to 10% overnight. Today, it says "Charging, plugged in" but the % charge does not increase nor could the laptop show the time to complete the charge.And of course the warranty directions are to go to Siker's website, which doesn't exist. Stay away from this cheap junk and this shoddy excuse for an electronics company.

I purchased this battery as a replacement for a Sony VAIO. Worked for a couple of weeks (had charged it up twice with no issue) on the 3rd time of charging the laptop detected the battery but would not take a charge. Update: The Siker Co., after reading about my dilemma, quickly offered to send me a replacement battery and also sent me a token gift for my problem with the original battery. The one star original review was not intended for the company itself, it was meant for the original battery and the length of time it lasted. I still give that original battery a one star, but for the quick response and the new battery, which has been through several recharges without a hitch, I will give them 5 stars for their prompt solving of the battery issue. I would highly recommend them

Bought this to replace a dead battery for an older Sony laptop. It works fine, but the battery life is fairly anemic. I may get an hour or two out of it, tops. Was expecting a bit more than that, but at least I don't have to have the laptop plugged in all the time.Installation was simple. It is exactly like the old battery and fit right into the batter slot in exactly the same way as the old battery.

This battery fit my sony vaio correctly. My old battery showed warning that battery may need replacement. The new batery from Siker immediately charged to full power and the battery warning left. The amount of charge is comparable to, if not more, then the original. As of now I am very happy with this purchase. Siker shipped promptly, informed me of delivery schedule and followed up with a email to check if all was well. I would not hesitate to recommend this battery and seller.

Purchased this battery in April 2019. It worked fine for the two times in the first two months when I used my laptop on battery power. Last month, I plugged in the laptop and the battery had no power. I left it plugged in to charge it, and it charged up overnight. Now its September, and I plugged in my laptop for a GoToMeeting video conference today and the battery was dead...as in...I received a message on the screen telling me that the battery was critical and it needed to be replaced immediately. I now have a paperweight. I checked the amazon store page for the company and product (SIKER) and it stated that my warranty expired like a month after I purchased it and customer service a month after that. Boys and girls...my advice...avoid this product and company like the plague unless of course you like burning cash.

This battery has worked very well, I had no problems with fit that others have had. I just popped it in and off I went. The only thing that I don't like is that after about 4 months I started getting an alert on my computer about the battery and how my settings are affecting it's ability. That is the only issue I've had, and if that is it, then this was a good buy. I have a Sony Vaio, and Sony no longer makes laptops so this was my only choice, and so far has been good.

I've had my Sony Vaio for years, and my battery was getting very weak. I knew I needed another one so I came across this one and tried it out. For some reason it didn't except a full charge and it drain faster than my expectations. I just kept my laptop plugged in. I got an email from the company asking how my purchase was. I told them that I was concerned about what I was experiencing. They sent out a new battery right away. I snapped the new one in and it's working great. I'm glad the company took a proactive approach to making sure the customer was happy with the purchase.
