I'm a knife guy. I have custom handmade knives, cheap knives, expensive name brand knives....I bought this after seeing every single tiktok and IG chef using them to slice meat and such. Was a little unsure about the quality a knife this price could achieve. I was very impressed. I can't really tell much of a difference between this and my $450 chefs knife that I purchased from a forge her in Oklahoma. The sheath is very cheap, but if this came in a hand tooled leather sheath and had a bit higher quality material for the handle, it would definitely glfeel like a knife you paid hundreds for. It keeps and takes an edge pretty well. I've used it for butchering a deer, slicing fajitas, chopping vegetables, its definitely a kitchen knife over a utility knife, and it's weight keeps it from being a good processing knife if you're boning out a whole animal or doing delicate meat work, but for a $20 chopper/slicer, it's excellent. I purchased a 2nd one for a dirty Santa gift and my friends couldn't believe I got it for $30.

Solid, sturdy, and well balanced knife for kitchen tasks. Sharp and easily slices meats and vegetables, etc. Would recommend.

The heel by the hole is too sharp I ended up with 4 stitches I ordered a Matsada before that was blunt on the heel and no problem Do not spin this with Your finger in the hole as an accident may happen Otherwise it is very good for kitchen service
