Cracker Barrel Sharp Cheddar Macaroni & Cheese Dinner, 14 oz Box

Finally no more cheap tasting cheese boxes. After I found this brand, I don’t buy any others.. the quality of cheese flavor & texture has been what I’ve been looking for and craving my whole life. After you taste this one, you just can’t go back to Kraft or Velveeta. Cracker Barrel is the Holy Grail of Mac n Cheeses.

I usually buy Velveeta Mac and Cheese for my family but when I saw this I decided to give it a tr.y It was a nice surprise! My family loved the taste. It's a more traditional tasting mac and cheese and tastes less salty than Velveeta. I use it when I don't have time to make it from scratch and my family now considers it to be a little treat. The flavors are amazing. I have tried the Sharp Cheddar and the White Cheddar and both are very good. It's easy and quick to make. Just boil the water, cook the noodles, drain and add the cheese package. The cheese sauce is the perfect amount so it just covers it and isn't completely swimming in cheese.I would check the price at your local store. It usually costs around $3.50 and I have found it on sale for $3. I would definitely recommend this!

very nice flavor

I made the pasta in my microwave using my Fasta Pasta (if you don’t have one, get one), then drained the water and added the cheese. It seemed like a goodly amount of cheese at first, but then once I stirred it all in and it stuck to the pasta, it did not leave much behind. I want to see the equivalent of a sauce, not just noodles with cheese on them. I couldn’t figure out how to add more cheese, since a cheese slice would not melt at that point.It tasted good at first, and I liked it. But after a few bites, it got boring. I put most of it in the refrigerator and so far have not felt tempted to try reheating it. If I do, I will add more cheese and some butter, maybe a bit of milk, maybe a dash of dry mustard, then sprinkle breadcrumbs and paprika on top.So I think it is a good base. It has a good cheese flavor. But it needs more cheese and more pizzazz if it is going to be the main part of a meal. For a side dish, it is probably fine as is.This makes a lot of mac and cheese, by the way. It is way too much for one person, definitely good for two, maybe more, especially with kids.

Nice size noodles, easy to prepare. Great during cold evenings when u want something comforting. Taste close to one in the store. If u add there cheese and a few seasonings you’d never know it’s not homemade

Oh so now we getting to the good stuff 😂 this stuff is so flavorful and the cheese Is so Rich omg I enjoyed every fork full I put in my mouth .

I liked the real cheddar taste . Incredibly moist. Probably used real cheese . Delicious: not your ordinary cheap macaroni or lackluster macaroni and cheese. I never thought cracker could taste so good!

This costs more than the sharp cheddar Kraft mac and cheese. It tastes exactly the same. I'm big on macaroni and cheese, I love sharp cheddar, and this is an average sharpness. Pay less for Kraft.

While it's quite yummy, beware that this $20 price is for ONE box only. It tastes great but that alone is enough to make me never purchase this again.
