Just taken delivery of it and give it a go. I’m using it more for my sinuses to get a bit of moisture in them as this time of year with the heating on they get very dry. Put the water in turned it on to setting 2 and it was boiling and bubbling after about 2 minutes. Opened the steam valve and turned it down to power 1, it continues boiling water and creating steam fine on power setting 1 no problem. I used it for about 10 minutes and turned it off and continued breathing in the last of the steam for a couple of minutes. I didn’t want to run it out of water and run it dry as there is no auto shut off. So use on the side of caution as letting it run dry will no doubt break it. Anyway it is doing what I wanted it for and my sinuses do feel better to it.

Good product, makes hot steam

This facial steamer has been a great addition to my routine and is perfect for opening up pores and hydrating my skin during at-home facials. The instructions were super easy to follow, which made setup a easy - even with my busy schedule. I’ve used facial steamers before, and this one is no different from the rest with its two heat levels, letting me customise the temperature to what feels most comfortable. Only just started using so far so good

It feels cheap and i worry I breathe in plastic. It's noisy too. B

The local Aldi here had a similar unit on its special buys section this week for 15euro and we purchased it. The top funnel is fairly larger than the one on this unit here. But after waiting a good five minutes or more, still no significant steam in sight. My better half had to really push her face into the funnel & put a towel over just to feel something. Something must be wrong i thought and on looking at the bottom i see its rated at 75w..hmm..interesting. So, headed on here to Amazon, i see a good few options in this price range, some state 100w, others 120w, and this one after finding the actual model number and locating the technical spec sheets online, i see its rated at 130W. The actual model number on this is NTFS-618 for anyone who may want to look up specs and other details. Arrived in just 2 days. First impression, its feels a good bit smaller than the other unit. Right, setup, filled in bottled water till the max mark in the aluminium container, turned on at the 2 setting and within a minute or so could hear the water boiling & bubbling. Soon after a lot of steammm...ooo...now that's a good functioning device. Its only the first days using & we are thrilled with it. Can highly recommend. Only the time will tell how durable and its lasting power. Cons: none that i can think of right now, except maybe that the power cable is a bit too short & in our home setup i needed to use and extension lead. Pros: Nice size, small and easy to manage. Parts fit well into each other. And most importantly manufacturer rates it at 135w & it definitely steams quick & does the job it claims to do. A happy purchase here, now to return the other one back to the aldi unfortunately.

The product does not work. It doesn't switch on. The seller should have checked the product or tested it before selling. Now we have wasted time and also have to bother with hassle of returning this useless product for no fault of ours. Frustrating.
