A good buy
Many recipes in the book. I have tried a few and they work well for my bread machine. A couple of tweaks here and there to my taste.

Poor Production
Recipes are in American metrics and the quality is very poor, I’m not sure it’s been quality checked, but spelling mistakes, poor formatting - bought as a gift and didn’t give it to the recipient in the end due to quality issues!

Disappointing
This book was not what I expected and will need to look for something that is not so “American”. Everything measured in cups (I know the conversions are in the back of the book but not very convenient). Also what is Cornmeal, cornstarch and all purpose flour? I do know what a zucchini is I think.

Measurements are in cups and spoons!
This book has lovely pictures and promising recipes but I wish the conversions were included in each recipe rather than having to keep looking to the back of the book! Not the best way to cook!

Confused and disappointed
I make lots of online purchases and rarely review an item good or bad - but felt this book needed to have a comment made.I bought the paperback version of this book and was very disappointed when it arrived and found the photographs were all printed 1 colour black accept the cover of course.A number of the page contents were duplicated - so having read the introduction etc once, was then presented with the same copy again - typesetting or print error - but obviously not proof read at some stage. One part called 'weight v volume' discusses the virtues of either - it did say that as baking was a science that to get the best results weight was the best way of measuring your ingredients, which as a bread maker I wholly agree with - THE RECIPES WERE THEN ALL GIVEN IN VOLUME MEASUREMENTS! As a UK resident my weighing of ingredients is either metric or imperial - this was all given in cup measurement and spoons sizes - my worst nightmare when cooking. On the whole very disappointed and wouldn't recommend this book - it's one redeeming feature is that it does have a few different and appealing recipes - but not enough to make this purchase worthwhile. To make any of them I have to work out what the cup measurements are in grams prior to baking - it did arrive the next day though!
