Cool little tool. Shines bright and still work after 3 years!

bought these to use on a slot machine cake. very nice and bright they do not blink just remain on. I read that they last up to 7 hours. after the cake I washed them off and put them next to a picture of my dad who passed. its been 3 weeks and they still have some light its crazy! they are clearly not bright anymore but I am so surprised.

These are perfect for paper lanterns lights. Easy to use. Long lasting

8 of them did not work at all

I read the reviews and saw a lot of people saying the lights dimmed or died as soon as they turned them on but the price and time to get them couldn’t be beat so I ordered anyway and did my own test when they arrived. I turned two of the lights on and left them on. Went to work and came back, still bright as ever. Left them on for 3 weeks before they started to dim. I’m sure each light is different but they worked perfectly fine for what I needed. The tighter you screw the light to the battery the better your chances are for the brightest light. Very happy with my purchase.

So i didn’t expect these to be as amazing as they were. I waited a bit to write a review so it can be accurate. The battery last SO LONG! Literally, almost a week. It does get dimmer by the 3rd day but why would you leave the light on for 3 days? I even turned off all the lights and threw them in the tub with my son who absolutely LOVED it. The inside does get rusted if you don’t completely dry but it would be so perfect for a pool party! (And just throw them out after)

I purchased these to put inside paper lanterns we hung in our trees for an outdoor birthday celebration. Some of them only lasted a few hours and others lasted around 6 hours. They are not very bright and did not show at all during the dusk hours or much after. Though, they provide a very soft glow as long as they are used in a very dark area. For the price, I was satisfied - but only because I plan to use the ones we did not use for the party in smaller paper lanterns in a dark area.

Last all day works very well

A little bigger than I visualized, but that's on me. Each unit has batteries included, that's great. Big +1 there. These little guys are simply built and designed. Plastic body painted shiny chrome. Twist on/off or all the way off to take out batteries and change. Very bright! So far, had one out of 6 or so that I played with that didn't turn on. I'm curious how long they will last. 3 batteries would be 4.5volts; usually white LEDs have a forward voltage of 3.6 or so. Usually leds need a resistor in series to stop them from drawing more and more current as they get warmer, eventually burning themselves out. Watch batteries have a high enough internal resistance that they don't really need them, making the build simpler. They're cute, they're cheap, for the price they're excellent.

I turned one light on and left it on to see how long it would last with continuous use. Picture #1 is at 74 hours. You can see it's dimmer than when it was first turned on, but still on! Picture #2 is after five days and six hours. Highly recommend.

After a couple of hours they became very dim.
