I bought this puppy for my only 1 year old niece. She loves dogs and very excited when she sees them. Yes, she is to small as this toy poodle. It is going to be very easy to hold for her. and the purse could be used by her older sister, whos is 4 years old. The only 1 star off is for the cost for this toy size. I would buy more for my other friend`s kids, but maybe if it were around $10-$15. But over all, the toy is very cute, soft and good quality.
