Leve esforço pra vestir, mas como estica um pouco, não tive dificuldades.Com uns 4 minutos de uso e no Ar condicionado, suei mesmo assim, conforme as fotos mostram, então penso que quando for praticar exercícios realmente irá suar bastante.
