I am using this product for the last month. The product is very effective and you can feel the freshness in the room after sterilization. It’s very user friendly and comes with a remote timing function. Do go for it with no doubts. Perfectly does what it suppose to do.Secondly, there was a minor problem due to my fault maybe which I pinged the customer support number. To my surprise the owner Mr Pramod himself called me and explained me what could have gone wrong. Very polite, very customer focused person and absolutely friendly to deal with. Though he gave options for me to fix the problem myself, I thought it’s not in me to do and he suggested I courier the product. 2 days to reach, 2 days to repair and the lamp is enroute. Me Pramod even refused to my offer to pick the courier charges. Very much appreciate your attitude sir. Overall I am very satisfied with the product. After sales service and Mr Pramod who is now a great friend than a seller 😊.Strongly recommend the product and have no second thoughts. Hope this helps.

* Beware while using it. Remove every plant and pots from the place before switching on the light. See attached images of my plants, they died only within 15 minutes of direct exposure to the UV light using this 36w lamp.***DO NOT use in the area of greenery. All plants will die. Make sure any pets or kids and human beings are NOT exposed to the UV light and Ozone gas. It is DANGEROUS.**** This lamp generates lots of Ozone gas (O3). Beware while handling this lamp. Don't go to the area where it was recently used. If you breathe Ozone, it may affect your health, specialy lungs might damage.* Practically, motion detection is not effective. Sometimes motion detection works, sometimes it doesn't.* Remote doesn't work half of the time.* You can't use it for your preferred time. It can be used only for 15, 30 or 60 minutes.* Remote battery is some very small pencil battery, that is not available in the market easily. It is not standard AA or AAA battery. It is half in size to your AAA batteries.* If it was switched off in between by any reason, your timer restarts again while you switch on.* Biggest drawback is that of the remote doesn't work, this lamp CAN NOT BE OPERATED AND CAN NOT BE USED, as it doesn't have any switch or manual control options on the lamp.So if remote is out of order or lost, lamp is useless.

Best product to buy. Excellent quality. Kudos to 'make in India". The lamp works perfectly well. We can smell the ozone production after entering the room even after 30 minutes. Its a very effective way of disinfecting the room. I am a dentist where I need to disinfect room after every patient because of aerosol production. Just switch on the lamp with remote for 15 minutes (15 min, 30 min, 60 min timer present in the remote) before taking up the next patient will do the job. Can be used at home too but no living beings should be there in the room. Another excellent feature of the product is that it has human sensor. If you accidentally enter the room the lamp will automatically switch off.

This product is just waste of money and doesn't work at all the way it is shown in description.1. I had ordered tbe product whichvwas delivred in two days but from very first day it had just made noise of switching on and off and no UV light was on. I checked it thoroughly but no joy. Returned the product considering it was defective and ordered replacement.2. Replacement recieved after 12 days and product worked fine for 2-3 days and then same story light never came on. After few days I attempted again and it started working one in ten attempts to make it work. Now from last one months its just a showpiece and of no use since it's light doesn't work at all.Twice I checked with different unit but both had same problem. Ordered last on 13July 2021 and I regret spending 2000 for such a product.I wish I coukd give minus 5 star.Please address the problem.

I bought a 36w light. It is made in India. Good build. Came in very good packing.Operating instructions are not there with in the manual but are clearly mentioned in the Amazon product descriptionUsed it twice. Motion sensor is too good - it did not switch on even when the ceiling fan is ON.Post 15 min cycle, it left a smell behind - which ensured that it is working. As we can’t really see the germs being killed, with the light operation and the smell left for few minutes gives us a confidence that it is working. Timer also worked fine.This is first fat feedback after using this light in 3 rooms of my house. Am sure it would function the same way on long run too.I had a small challenge in registration of the product and I sent a WhatsApp message. The person asked me to send the details to their mail address and he took care of registration. He even answered my other queries like “cover the aquarium during process, it doesn’t spoil food etc”.Overall a good buy for the price.

It is really effective. I have been using this for the past few months and it's working fine. I found it very effective. The quality and safetyfeatures are appreciably good.The UV tube mount could have been little more stable. (Found it bit shaky while carrying it from one room to another)

It was received in a non-working condition due to some disconnection in the transit. But when reported, they responded immediately and took the product for repair, fixed it and returned it in one day itself. They were patient and co-operative.Now the product is working well and we have used it a few times. A must need in these pandemic times. I recommend this product. Worth buying.The product is almost same as in the image and the description.Best of all is it's COMPLETELY MADE IN INDIA whereas most of such products are imported.
