Do these come with a charger? Do you need a powerx charger or will any charger work well on these?

These are great batteries. They do not come with a charger. Any charger will work although I have used the powerex (Maha) chargers for years and they are great.

Can i know what is the diff between this product & mh-8aa270-bh , why is mh-8aa270-bh is still higher price ?

this product, Powerex Pro AA 8-pack is the updated version of MH-8AA270-BH. the Powerex Pro AA is low self discharge and can perform better in extreme cold temperature. the pricing for the other part number is set by each individual reseller on amazon, it may be a good question for that particular seller.

How would this work in a flag pole light with 26 led lights, and in south Texas heat?

the Powerex Pro AA is designed to work in environment up to 122F

Are these good for flashlights or is there a better option?

These are the best rechargeables I've found... aim a Professional Photographer and I use these in my flash. Reg Duracells last about 4 properties where these last 16 or more depending if you by the charger that can refresh them.
