This internet radio is excellent, great sound quality, easy menu, and plenty of presets. Presets. The packing was terrible, however, and the radio was placed in a much larger box with no padding or packing to prevent it from bouncing around during shipment. Amazon really has to improve its packing methods and product safety during shipping

Nice looking radio. Easy setup and very good sound quality and volume. Easy to search for stations by location or type. More stations than you can ever listen to. The remote works well and has impressive range. It easily controls the radio from across the largest room in the house. Only cons I see is with the F M receiver which isn't very sensitive to more distant stations. Locals come in just fine but the more distant stations are very weak. Even my cheapest radio receives better FM broadcasts clearer. Another con was referenced by another owner saying the volume on the internet radio could not be reduced below the level of 7 or 8 without distortion or cutting out of the audio. This may be fixable with a software update, but low level listening is impossible at this point. I'm still happy with the purchase and hope to enjoy the radio for years to come.

I have very bad reception for radio. This took care of that. Its on every night with my favorite radio station June 23, 24. Well I've had this radio for some time now and it stoped working. Check the manual they say. Well that doesn't help for the connection to the wifi. I checked connections and even called my wifi supplier. There is no support that i could get in-touch with to try to figure this out. Ive been trying now for some time. Ive tried the factory reset. Nothing seems to work. So my excitement for this radio has turned to disappointment.

The radio was nicely built and attractive with decent audio quality for a unit of its size. However, it would not connect with any streaming services on my internet installation excpt for Spotify, which is buil into the system. Ihave downgraded it somewhat for this reason.The FM radio part works well, however, and seems to have good sensitivity.

The first try did not have any sound. The second one wouldn't connect to WiFi.

Great so far. I found my stations on line. Used the presets. Easy setup. Locked on to my wifi with easy instructions. I like it. No dropped signals and will play all day..

Great sound from stations and my music on bluetooth! Presets are numerous and easy to set & change. Remote works well.
