The base coat creates a perfectly flawless canvas for applying your gel effect polish. Finish with our diamond top coat to add even more super gloss, plumpness and resiliency to your manicure. I’ll keep adding coats though. I got a whole 24 pack of Shanty nail polishes of every color under the sun for the same price!
