Delta Faucet 72065T Contemporary Soap Dispenser with Touch2O Technology, Chrome

I bought the Delta hands free faucet and wanted a soap dispenser that would have a similar look paired with the faucet. I was a bit hesitant to order this as it was a little pricey, and some of the reviews were not so great. However, I decided to go for it, because it would pair perfectly with my new faucet. I did have it professionally installed. So far so good, it works perfectly. The soap comes out in a good amount (not to much, not to little) when you waive your hand in front of it. It does not release soap unexpectedly as mentioned in other reviews. The process of adding soap is very simple, and convenient. So far, so good! I'm happy with my purchase! I promise to update my review should I run into similar issues as I have read in other reviews.

I've had this installed for little over 2 weeks now and my wife hasn't spoken to me since. In theory this is a great product but it's just not executed well. If you happen to look at it - it spews out soap and there is no way in adjusting its wrath. I wish it was touch only, or had a more defined eye because every time I turn the faucet on and off, more soap spits out. We have to keep the sponge under it so catch all of the unwanted soap. I think I've refilled the reservoir 4 times already. Delta - if you could take this back for a refund I would greatly appreciate it.

Finicky to dispense soap. It sometimes actuates just brushing by it, and other times does not actuate even with several tries.It doesn't seem to like wet hands either for actuating. It does dispense a dependable amount of soap though. Will probably replace with tried and true manual type. Soap dispensers just plain need to work.

This product is terrible. The sensor barely works and the soap get clogged non stop. Swapped it out for a manual one.

Nice product

I like that it resembles a standard manual dispenser, so the hole next to the faucet can be put to good use instead of a standalone dispenser. What I don't like about it is that it is made of plastic and feels cheap and fragile. It does not dispense a lot of detergent even at its max. I feel I threw my money away. Now I have a very expensive dispenser that does not deliver next to another not so cheap either, but surpasses all expectations.

My soap dispenser is defective. It worked randomly for the first few weeks and now it stopped working at all.
