Do i need this if i carried 35 tire

Some 35s have different treads, I have nitto ridge grapplers in 35/12.5r17 on method 701 wheels and the stock setup was fine, the rubber “bump stops”( I forgot the name of them) which presses against the tire and tail gate may need to be adjusted for more or less. This kit does raise the spare up about an inch where I can clear my 1up bike rack when it’s full down. If you have a rack on your hitch receiver then test it, if not I would recommend getting this or a replacement tire carrier

Does this kit include the tire carrier showed in the first picture? or it's just a bunch of bracket from th2 2nd picture and below?

The brackets only allow you to adjust the carrier to fit up to a 37” tire. Also you will need a carrier Mopar 82215356AB CARRIER KIT and also a brake light relocation kit.
